Happy Sunday Run Day!
Went for a steady 10 mi (16.1 km) run this morning at 8:26/mi (5:14/km) pace, then refuelled with this amazing breakfast!
Omelette with 3 eggs, salt, black pepper, cayenne, and turmeric, topped with spinach and bell pepper and filled with mild cheddar cheese and oven roasted turkey breast. Also had a cup of coffee and some chocolate almond milk.
Plan for today is to
do laundry
do my philosophy readings for this week
do a lecture of psychiatry notes
finalize an outline for my philosophy essay

Very small milestone but feeling beyond blessed that I got to it so quickly!!

Going to see Hedley in concert tonight with the bf!! Super exciting and probably the only relaxing thing for the next little while. Tomorrow I have injections training, volunteering, class, groceries, then Red Eye from 11 pm to 7 am the next day (it’s an overnight sports competition). Then Saturday and Sunday I gotta work on my papers and go into the lab to do a bunch of imaging for my research.
Pls send positive vibes and prayers that I don’t die of exhaustion and caffeine intoxication.
Late night studying - drinking chamomile tea, eating trail mix, and trying not to freak out about my health care ethics final tomorrow 😅 On the bright side, I got a 94 on my psychiatry paper and my lab supervisor for my stroke research project is really impressed with my data! 😊 Not so bright side, I miss running ☹️
Wooo already Thursday!! If you’re feeling exhausted and unmotivated like me, just remember: WE ALMOST THERE. WEEK IS ALMOST DONE.
Class this morning from 8 am - 11 am (haha ya im writing this in class rip), then gonna go to the gym from 11ish to 12, then I’ll be in the lab from 1 pm till hopefully no later than 5 pm. Then home to do some notes!
