Marathon plan finally finished, even though over halfway through second week! Not great at following plans, specially generic online ones. I know what is best for me & need to balance rest days & my usual run days. Sharing so I’m accountable, a bit more pressure to stick to it now everyone knows. I’ll share regularly so it will be evident if I’m slacking. I need some sort of plan to in sure I do speed endurance & hill work etc. Also a gentle build up to 20 miles. I want to get to race day feeling confident. Purbeck is a tough race if I’m not prepared it will be a very painful day. Need to fine a gym class for Wednesday core. Not great with the home workout. Only needs to be 25 minutes, but two weeks in & not done one yet.
