Day 7 - library
I’m home this week for break so I haven’t had a chance to visit the library lately. But here are some pictures from my parents house - they have so many books it’s practically a small library anyway!

Day 28: coffee, tea or hot chocolate?
While I like all three (to varying extents), my heart is forever and always with coffee, as most of my followers will already know by now. I often don’t get enough sleep (or at least I feel like I don’t, thanks to my 6am wakeups!) and this stuff is practically my life source in times like these - seriously, I drink 2 or 3 shots a day, definitely more if I’m feeling like it, and it tastes so flipping good. Find me a place with good coffee and I’ll hang around it till the day I die - maybe I won’t ever die, because even just the smell reinvigorates me.

ʚ 14th mar 2017 ɞ : blue or black ink
black ink! with blue highlighter normally i use blue ink for school work, but if it’s taking notes or writing something else, black ink works with me more♡

MARCH STUDY CHALLENGE DAY 31: What did I achieve this month?
This week’s spread came out super cute and my bowl of strawberries (which by the way are drenched in sugar cause I can’t tolerate them any other way) match the little signpost I drew 😋
For the month of March, I feel like I only completed 2 out of my 6 goals. I’m not fond of making excuses, but this was a tough month. With the midterms and most difficult exams of the semester falling around the same time, it was nearly impossible to remain consistent with most goals such as obtaining my license, uploading three YouTube videos, practicing my dance routines biweekly outside of rehearsal, and saving money (<-- ESPECIALLY THIS ONE because my card declined in the middle of the month). As a result, I had to cut down on my spending to almost nothing and I also gave up Twitter, but just until the week of spring break. I started attending my classes more and my dancing has significantly improved 😁. Although my work ethic hasn’t improved for homework/studying, I’m really trying to improve in April by going to academic advising to switch majors and consulting a therapist on campus since I’m not ready to admit to my parents that I’m not doing so well. I considered going in for tutoring, but that might be a little unrealistic for my schedule (but idk, we’ll see). February was bad, so I can confidently say that March was better. I’m hoping that the coming month brings even more positive change into my life!
3.31.17 // 9:00pm // MSC 30+31/31 - fav study websites + what you achieved this month
we made it to the end of the month!!! tbh so proud of myself for making it through (most of) this challenge and super excited for april!
fav study websites: studyblue.com is my favorite online flashcard maker (they also have an app) and kahnacademy.com basically never fails
what i achieved: tbh, making it to the end of this month was an achievement in itself. but also, i made a bunch of new friends here on tumblr which has been super fun.
shoutout to: @jedishrubbery @thystudies @peachy-squids @educatoin @coffevibes and all my new snapchat friends (sorry if i missed you!) for making my days with your fun reminders, amazing sass and kind words

MSC 9/31 9.3.17- Your favourite fonts
Sorry I’m posting so late, I only just figured out what to do for this post! These are just a few of my favourite fonts that you can access on dafont very easily! I get these on my phone by installing Phonto from the App Store, going on to dafont.com to type in the font I want and download to open in Phonto. You can use fonts to add things to your photo, especially for 100 days of productivity, March study challenge and other editing shenanigans!
Habits to get a high GPA
I’m going to talk in first person because this is my plan to reach one of my most important academic goals: to get (and maintain) a high GPA.
Note: this is based on today’s prompt for the March study challenge by @littlestudyblrblog -what do you want to achieve this month?
My university classes officially start this month, so I want to get into some habits before it’s too late, they are:
Use the library: Don’t want to be that kid that only remembers the library when exams are approaching.
Study everyday or every two days: I think we already know that you retain information better if you constantly revise it.
Try to do more than asked. Just because there is no homework, it doesn’t mean I can’t practice or learn more.
Take classes seriously: Education is expensive, so there’s no right for me to skip for no valid reason or not paying attention.
Join a study group or something similar so I can practice with other people and see if we can help each other out.
