okay i have a hope theory for the next eternals movie so spoilers obviously. if you haven’t seen the movie don’t continue reading bestie

in this movie, right as gilgamesh dies his last words to thena are to remember. remember who she is, what she has overcome, and everything they have been through.

now, i think that in the next eternals movie arishem will bring back new versions of ajak, ikaris, and gilgamesh and they will have to fight the remaining eternals. we learned from this movie that arishem saves all of their previous memories and keeps them locked away

so what if we get a fight scene between gil and thena in the next eternals and she is trying to talk sense into him. she decides to stop fighting him because she doesn’t want to hurt him and once he has her pinned down she looks at him with tears forming in her eyes and beg him to remember… and he does
