Officially 2 weeks into classes as a math major! So far it’s been very fun and exciting (I sound like such a nerd), though class formats are still a little weird due to the virus-that-shall-not-be-named. These are from my logic and proofs class, where we’re learning how to properly write mathematics!

STEM side of Tumblr. Hypothetically, if someone were to buy four shopping cartfulls of regular Oreo's, how many packages and/or individual cookies would that add up to? This is what I've got thus far, but I'm not a STEM major, so feel free to call me out on anything I've gotten wrong.

The mass of a normal Oreo is estimated to be around 40 grams, and a regular sized package of Oreo's has 36 Oreos. 40g multiplied by 36 is 1440g. A standard shopping cart can hold 350 pounds - or 158757.329 grams. 158757.329g multiplied by 4 is 635029.316g. That divided by 1440g is 440.992581g. How can I use this to find the individual amount of cookies and/or packages that were bought?
