Character that struggles with physical activity and HATES IT

Maybe an old injury or illness prevents them from doing strenuous activity, maybe a different kind of disability, or maybe they simply just aren’t as physically strong as some people.

They constantly have to work twice as hard as everyone else to get just as far. It’s exhausting, it’s frustrating, it’s humiliating.

Bonus points of they have a job/hobby/etc that requires physical activity, so they have to struggle with this every single day. Exhausted, maybe getting comments from coworkers who don’t get it (“oh there’s no way you’re that weak?” “man you really need to go to the gym more”).

Bonus BONUS points if they do work out (try to, at least), but there’s just no progress. The self-hate, the frustration, of trying so damn hard and getting nowhere.

Idk I feel like this concept has untapped potential.
