[31.07.2020] Day 2/60 - Meetings that go on forever
Yes, I promise this is a picture taken on a different day! It’s just taken in the same place, and the week hasn’t yet changed xD
This morning I spent some time tidying up my notes on Transformative Justice and going throuhgh a guided Case Study, to make sure I fully understood what TJ was and how to apply it. I then finished formatting through a collation of feedback answers we got from a survey we put out. At this point, it was lunchtime, which due to quarantine I had with my dad and brother since all three of us are at home - my mom has already returned to working from the office and my sister was out for the day.
In the meeting I then had right after lunch the committee sat and taught eachother about different things we’d spent the week learning - mine was Transformative Justice and Community Accountability. The idea is to ensure our student association is doing the best it can for those who need us the most, and working to create a space that is welcoming and refreshing to all.
After that I chilled outside, enjoying the evening Sun. We then all had dinner together as a family and I am now writing this post, after which I will attempt to do some writing (you can check that out over @nana-writes)
