ᯓᡣ𐭩 Right by your side the second you wake up. Very physically affectionate all day, giving you little kisses and crushing hugs wherever he can squeeze them in. Keeps checking his phone nervously though, which makes you a bit worried... you try to put it aside

ᯓᡣ𐭩 Goes all-out with tacky gifts. Chocolate hearts, flowers, plushies, you name it! He gives you at least a two months' supply of candy, each present having a sappy note and doodle of the two of you attached. You both stay in for most of the day, but come afternoon MK's anxious checking gets more frequent

ᯓᡣ𐭩 Before you can finally ask about it, he's quickly getting you out the door. He insists it's nothing, but he's an absolutely horrible liar when it comes to you. Still, you do your best to just trust him, and accept the awkward cart ride down the streets of Megapolis, watching the sky slowly deepen its hues into the forming dusk

ᯓᡣ𐭩 Once you start stepping out the cart, you're surprised to see a picnic blanket set out. You swore you could hear someone quickly driving off as MK cheers under his breath. He wraps an arm around your shoulder, gives you a big cheek kiss, proudly announcing your surprise stargazing picnic date. It's still quite a while before the stars are visible, so he works on preparing the food as you sit right next to him. Turns out there was no reason to worry after all

Mei

ᯓᡣ𐭩 Way too excited to wait and wakes you up early. She rushed a messy breakfast for the two of you, your whole home now being covered in cheesy Valentine decorations. Her favorite novelty for the holiday is those heart candies with little messages on them, which she offers you as soon as you're fully up

ᯓᡣ𐭩 Takes you on a ride on her bike! You have a helmet, of course, but she can't resist the urge to show off some new tricks she'd been practicing for you. Takes your arm wherever you two walk and makes a big show of opening doors for you as you re-visit all your favorite hangout spots

ᯓᡣ𐭩 You get to wear her jacket for the whole day, which makes Mei really giddy. It's cliché maybe, but seeing you walking around in it feels like all those trashy romance movies come to life. The easiest way to make her swoon in return is to play into her over-the-top antics, especially if you return some of the gestures

ᯓᡣ𐭩 By the time you're home again, you're both pretty worn out. Mei sleepily promises you she'll take down the decorations, but falls asleep in your lap the second you two rest on the couch for a minute. You pull up a blanket and drape it over the both of you, resigned to the fact that it would have to wait until tomorrow. Sleep catches up with you soon after

Red Son

ᯓᡣ𐭩 You wake up on your own time, but Red Son has obviously been anxiously awaiting your presence. You get handed a small mountain of presents before you're even done with breakfast, ranging from handmade to totally-not-stolen expensive ones. He gets embarrassed if you give him a gift in return, no matter how small it is

ᯓᡣ𐭩 If he's in his classic villain days, he'll offer to literally burn down anything you want. No matter the demand, he'll get it done for you. He'll scorch your name on the street if you let him. If he's more into his hero arc, he'll instead offer to take you out for a drive in one of his cars (as you came to learn, he's built several for himself)

ᯓᡣ𐭩 Whatever you do he'd prefer it be outside because his parents will not stop teasing you two. Every time you're near each other they joke about what a good couple you make, or how well you handle their son's temper. It's all in good fun, but it's also deeply embarrassing for Red Son, so he gets out the lair quick

ᯓᡣ𐭩 No matter what you choose to do, the day is ended with a romantic dinner. You're practically swamped with presents by now, thinking about where you're going to put them all. Red Son can barely focus on the food. He's too busy thinking about what led to you two getting to this point, almost worryingly quiet with contemplation. He's oddly shy with holding your hand on the walk back to the vehicle

Wukong

ᯓᡣ𐭩 Most likely the one sleeping in. You decide to gently wake him, planting soft kisses around the pink mask that circles his eyes. He wakes slowly, pulling you with him until you're trapped in his arms. It takes some playful back-and-forth before he finally gets up for the day, but he comments that spending the day lazing around in bed sounded pretty perfect to him

ᯓᡣ𐭩 Honestly if he does somehow wake up early he might think it's funny to try and pretend he forgot. Acts all clueless when you look confused at everything being exactly the same. This crumbles quickly though cause he hates seeing you upset and gives up on the surprise the second a disappointed frown crosses your face

ᯓᡣ𐭩 Picks a bunch of vibrant flowers from around Flower Fruit Mountain and presents them to you at breakfast. From there most of his gifts are small trinkets, little things you can carry with you all the time. Tries to act all smooth for the whole day and keeps his tail wrapped around you at all times. Will 100% hand-feed you chocolates from one of those heart boxes

ᯓᡣ𐭩 His idea of a perfect date is one at home. You could do a movie marathon of anything you want, or maybe take a stroll around the mountain. Coming from such an... 'exciting' past, he feels comfortable doing simple and domestic things with you. Dips into being sappy, reminding you just how much it means to him that you're here

Macaque

ᯓᡣ𐭩 Waits patiently for you to wake up. He gets everything ready in the meantime— nothing big, but the home is clean and all the little chores are done so you have the whole day to focus on each other. Greets you first thing with a soft forehead kiss, and reveals early that he has a surprise for you. But, of course, you have to wait to see it

ᯓᡣ𐭩 All his gifts are handmade. The one that stands out the most being two small yarn mandarin ducks, which he was the most nervous to present. They're a symbol of long-lasting love and devotion, the perfect subtle show of how he feels without him having to struggle to put it into direct words

ᯓᡣ𐭩 He keeps saying you didn't have to give him anything, but you did anyways. No matter how hard he tries to fall back on his mask of being aloof, you take time to make sure he feels just as loved as you do. It's one of the many, many reasons he fell for you. Not the greatest at showing appreciation in the moment, but he'll hold on to anything you get for him for ages

ᯓᡣ𐭩 The surprise comes at the end of the day, where he takes you to an area of the home he set up to have very dim lights. You watch as he twists around the shadows, morphing them into different shapes for you. Your favorite animal, images of the two of you, anything to see that sparkle of awe in your eyes. He tells a story of the once forgotten warrior finding a new purpose in another, detailing how they built their home together

Chang'e

ᯓᡣ𐭩 Like so many mornings before, you wake up to the smell of something cooking. There wasn't much to do on the moon, so Chang'e kept herself busy with inventing recipes for audiences to follow at home. You shuffle into the kitchen to see her wrapping up a Valentine's Day special for her show, many trays of treats setting out to cool. As soon as the cameras are off, she skates over and spins you around in a greeting hug

ᯓᡣ𐭩 She happily let you know that now that the special was over, you could eat all you wanted! Upon scanning closer, you realized something— she'd made all your favorite desserts specifically. When questioned, she just gave you a wink, taking a bite of one while saying it must have been a coincidence

ᯓᡣ𐭩 After that, the two of you go skating. You have a pair of shoes similar to Chang'e's, allowing you to glide across the moon's surface without getting stopped by craters or other bumps. She holds your hand as you skate by her side, occasionally adding little spins as you orbit around each other like the many planets that surround you

ᯓᡣ𐭩 To end it all off, the two of you take a moment to sit back and look at the stars. Her robotic helpers surround you both, sitting comfortably around you two. You watch the stars as she watches you. Years in isolation with nothing but baking to keep her company had been hard, even if she often deflects from admitting it. Having you there at all, especially right next to her, made her chest feel full with affection and gratitude

• His love language is between words of affirmation and physical touch, so a cuddle sesh with either of you telling the other they’re “doing great” and they’re “lucky to have you” is one of his favorite pastimes.

• She’s filthy rich, so she’ll smother you in presents. Still, she can’t spoil you too much, or you’ll be drowning in things you don’t know what to do with.

• She’s often worrying herself sick with MK and his ruthless decisions, so its up to you to get her mind off it all. Once you do, she’ll thank you and curl up with you like a puppy.

• Spar sessions! If she’s not asking you to come to porty, she’s asking you to train with her. She feels like she always has to get stronger to keep up with MK on the battlefield, so maybe help her with that…

Red Son💥🍖

• Little to no PDA, siiighs..it’s just not something he’s good at handling. He becomes a fire hazard at even the smallest public kiss.

• He doesn’t really know what to do to make you aware of how he feels, even from the start. He pathetically searches how couples do it, but little does he know, there’s not really a “right way”. Bless him, just let him know he’s doing okay by trying his best.

• He’ll cook food for you, even if you have to feed it to the rats (even they won’t eat it.) because of how blazing hot it is. If you ask him to make something edible to a mortal(or even a regular immortal? He has to have some kind of biological defect, because that food is HOT.) he’ll groan and roll his eyes, but make it nonetheless.

• His love language is acts of service. Fixing your car? Done. Cooking for you? Done. Cleaning? He’ll complain about it to keep his ego, but you know he’s bullshitting you. It’s already done.

• While menstruating, he’ll warm up his hand and place it on your stomach. He has to look away and close his eyes to avoid blowing up, but he likes to know you’re okay, and that he’s the reason why.

• He takes pride in treating you like royalty, such as he. He’ll dress you in fine silks, have bull clones at your beck and call, and if you ask for anything from him personally, he will retrieve it. It could be anything from a chocolate milkshake to an ancient artifact, it will be in your hands.

• He also takes pride in being able to create anything out of your wildest dreams. He can make jewelry, machinery, even clothes! Just give him a description, he’ll deliver it flawlessly.

Nezha🪷

• NO. PDA. At least..not in the Celestial Realm. He can’t risk his reputation up there. He’ll make an exception for Earth, though.

• His love language is quality time! For as busy as he is, he truly enjoys getting to be by you, doing anything at all.

• He’ll take you on strolls across the Celestial Gardens, and take you with him to visit Chang’e. The only PDA he’s willing to indulge in up there is holding hands, everything else is strictly forbidden.

• He usually keeps his hands to himself, but sometimes he just needs to unwind. When he’s careless, he’ll hold you. Run your fingers through his hair before bed during that time, he’ll be out in ten seconds flat.

• Who needs a dog or a bodyguard when your boyfriend is a Celestial warrior? He always ensures your safety in any situation. You are his- uhh..2nd? Priority? He loves you, but his duties come before anything. Still, its a very. hard priority to beat. Meaning, almost every thought of his is spent thinking of how to keep you safe and healthy.

Sun Wukong🍑

• He’s never really in public, so PDA can barely even happen.

• When he is in public, (very rare) he doesn’t mind PDA.

• His love language is words of affirmation. He just wants to know he’s doing something right for once…and he wants you to know you mean everything to him.

• He’s already failed too many people, so he’s convinced he’s going to lose you somehow. Still, he tries very hard. Since MK came into his life, he slowly started learning to trust himself and be a better example, so that means he’s trying harder for you than he did with anyone else.

• He’s pretty attached to his stash of junk, but if something catches your eye, he’ll let you have it. Yes, even the limited edition 1989 Monkey Cop action figure.

• He’ll teach his monkey friends on the mountain to treat you the same as him. Meaning, they’ll huddle around you and bring you fruit, and notify you when they sense something off.

• You know all those immortal peaches Wukong keeps all to himself? Yeah, those peaches. Have your fill. He wants you to be able to live as long as him, so if thats what you choose, you can have as many of his peaches as you please.

Macaque🗝️

• PDA isn’t really his thing, since he likes to stay in the shadows and allat(llooooserrr) but he’ll hold your hand

• His love language is acts of service. He’ll run your errands, and you’ll help him get over his grudges. Win-win!

• He’s scared of intimacy. Not that kind, but just the feeling of being loved. Its all foreign, and he’s afraid to admit he’s scared of chasing you off because of it. Just be patient, and maybe he’ll warm up to you.

•He’ll ask you to help him scheme out his villainy plans for LBD (if your relationship begins before his redemption) and after his redemption, he’ll subtly ask you to help him become more approachable.

• He’ll use his shadow portals to retrieve things for you! Just ask him, and you’ll find what you asked for (and a couple more things he thought you would like) on your bed soon.

Pigsy🍜

• “PDA? Oh ehh, sure, why not.”

• Cooks for you. all the time. three meals a day, and any snacks you might want. You missed a meal? he’s scolding you and making you food. you already ate? he’s making you something to take home or save for later. Deal with it.

• His love language, unsurprisingly, is acts of service. He appreciates when you clean up after his kitchen mess, or help him close up shop. In return, you get free meals, kisses, and anything you might need done, he’ll do it.

• He rants to you about how worried he is over MK. Just listen, and throw in the occasional reassurance that it’s not his fault MK is always in danger.

Tang🥟

• Fine with PDA! He’s usually at Pigsy’s Noodles anyways, where he’s comfortable with everyone there.

• Love language is gift giving. He loves receiving food, and he’ll give you things that remind him of you, or the other half of the food Pigsy made him that he’s definitely not paying for.

• his self confidence is llllooooow…..he needs to know he’s worth something to the team. Give him that assurance when he needs it, and he’ll love you forever.

• He may be a freeloader, but you know you can always count on him for anything. He loves having you as his lover, and he wants to make sure you’re happy and comfortable always.

Yako

Yako doesn't ask, she takes, when she is feeling like craving for your affection and love she will go to your side, discreetly taking you somewhere more private before grapping her arms around you without saying anything but the way she snuggles with you and the way she tightens her embrace gives her away (if you tease her will get annoyed but still won't let go of you)

Mitsuba Sousuke

Mitsuba is cute enough to make you want to give him all your affection and love! He has no need to ask! Or, well, thats what he says because he finds himself constantly looking at you with narrow eyes, craving for a hug (and perhaps a kiss) but being too prideful and embarrased to do something like asking for it, so he will get grumpy until you catch his indirects

Mei Shimina

Mei doesn't ask for affection, she is embarrassed about the fact that she is craving affection but not of wanting affection from you, still if she wants it she goes directly to you and ask you if you want to hang out, maybe you two can cuddle to help her relax and come up with more inspiration to keep painting (wich is half a lie, she just want to cuddles)

Tsuchigomori

Its rare for Tsuchigomori to craved affection but when he feels specially affectionate he takes the inicative rather than asking for it, he leaning over to give you a kiss or putting his arm around you and without a word bring you closer, that way he can enjoy the affection he wanted and he can enjoy your reaction too

Hakubo

He doesn't understand it, he doesn't ask directly but he finds himself looking at you and having this strange wish to hold you in his arms, he is quite touch starved since he is not exactly a human but he wants to follow his desires more so he will end up saying the cheesiest things ever out of nowhere, grapping his arms around you without warning and asking you to don't leave, just stay like that for a while

Hanako can make all the pervert coments he wants but when it comes to actual lovely and wholesome affection he is too shy, he doesn't ask for affection because he can't bring himself to do it, so at the end he will find the most ridiculous ways to make you be the one giving him affection (and teasing you afterward) without even having to admit that he is the one who wanted it

Tsukasa Yugi

Tsukasa doesn't ask for affection, if he wants it then he simply jumps onto you, grapping his legs and arms around you without care in the world and with the brightest smile ever he scream your name, giggling while snuggling closer to you and just expect you to correspond with more affection

Overwatch Characters Love Languages Part 6

Junker Queen  Physical touch - she needs her hands to be on her partner all the time. She desires the feel of skin on skin, the demanding need in her touch to be met in equal eagerness from her partner. Nothing makes her feel more desired or loved than touch. Fingers running through hair, teeth grazing along necks, fingers intertwined. 

Mei Quality Time - Nothing Mei likes more than spending time with the people she cares about, friends, partners. She doesn’t need to be engaged with something to enjoy being around the one she loves. Just sitting on the same sofa reading is enough for her. 

Mercy Quality Time - She doesn’t need much to feel loved, as long as she gets to spend time with her partner, like at the end of a long day when she’s exhausted and just wants to be around her partner. Just being in the moment with them and feeling content in their company. She needs low maintenance moments.

Sombra Acts Of Service - She can smell bullshit a mile away and is a pretty guarded person. Words mean nothing unless you can back them up. She needs someone to show her they care before she realises it means something. She is the same though, will do anything to make the person she loves happy, not limited to hacking their bank account and making life a little easier for them.

Zarya  Acts Of Service - There is little she won't do for the person she loves. She doesn’t even base what she can do for her partner vs what her partner can do for her. She doesn’t see things like that and she likes to be the more capable partner, loves to be the one to provide, solve problems, fix things, etc. If you do even small things for her though, she’ll treasure it and love it. Make her a protein shake in the morning as she’s on her way out? To just have thought of her like that? Even she is weak at the knees for the kind gesture.

overwatch ratings based on how they would date

did this a while ago but spent too much time on it for it to not be posted. this is just a personal opinion and personal ratings based off lore and bias tbh. this will be updated with every hero (if I remember to lol)

Tanks:

D.VA: 6/10. Caring and loving, fun gaming dates, but gets recognized a lot, and if it came down to it she’d choose her job to protect south korea over her lover

Doomfist: 4/10. He’d be a gentleman but probably only in it for sex or to be a sugar daddy. He’d treat his “lover” with respect tho so not a total loss i guess.

Junker Queen: 7/10. After the shit she’s been thru i think she doesnt really want a partner cuz shes afraid they’re just using her to get to the throne or that she’ll lose them. She’s protective and caring but also a bit overprotective to the point where it’s like okay calm down. Also might get into a few fights but eh.

Orisa: 0/10. she thinks it would be cute to be in a relationship but knows she cant be in one due to being the “protector of numbani”. so no.

Ramattra: 8/10. Deadass depends if it’s an omnic or not. If his lover is an omnic he will cherish them and take care of them, knowing that they’re one of the few things he loves in this life. If it’s a human then theres some. Problems. He doesnt open up easily and while he’s still protective and caring he can sometimes get very distant towards them because he fears that they only got close to him to use him or kill him.

Reinhardt: 9/10: Perfect gentleman. Treats you with respect and love, and cherishes you no matter what. -1 is because he can be really loud sometimes even when he doesnt mean to be

Roadhog: 5/10. I think of him as aroace but he would try and give it a shot just to feel what it’s like. Hes very quiet but also very calm. He would listen to his lover and do his best to help them, but he moves around a lot thanks to junkrat now and might cut off communication with you just to keep you safe when he's on the run

Sigma: 5/10. A real gentleman, would treat his lover with respect and kindness and love. Only downside is when he has one of his mind breaks and breakdowns. He forgets who he is and just focuses on violence. Also his control of gravity in that state is very fucky so if he’s having a breakdown his lover might get throw to the ground. He feels like jackshit afterwards and probably realizes it’s best not to have someone he cares about so close to him

Wrecking Ball: 0/10 no. he would simply not even if he wanted to. Aroace hampter 

Winston: maybe a 1/10. i feel like he doesnt want a romantic relationship with anybody and just wants friends (aroace monke)

Zarya: 6/10. Protective and caring but would focus too much on her job. would also pick her country over her lover if it did come down to it

Mauga: 8/10: Would treat his lover right and give them anything they asked for. Free beach house, gifts, and a loving, protective, obsessive bf. -2 because slight yandere vibes and can get too possesive-

Damage:

Ashe: 6/10. Partners in crime kinda thing but if you’re not really into that stuff she’s probably not that into you. She has BOB watching you when she cant during a fight but shes always next to you when she can be.

Bastion: 0/10. Dude just wants to live in the woods with his bird he doesnt want that stuff.

Cassidy: 8/10. Southern sweetheart. Treats his partner with love and respect. Only downside is that he’d be out a lot doing his job, but he would let somebody else do it to be with you if it’s a special occasion or if he really wants to stay with you.

Echo: 2/10. Not big on romance but would try it out for science. Sadly in the end it’s not real love so. Oof

Genji: 9/10. Probably doesn’t want a relationship at first because of his body but he gets used to it and opens up his heart. Honestly very good boyfriend would be there to listen and help you with stuff. -1 cuz he might be out doing overwatch stuff a lot and also might not be the most exciting person to be around if you're a hyper person.

Hanzo: 6/10. Can’t see him getting in a relationship after everything thats happened but if he did he’d be kinda bad at it but you could tell that he’s trying his best.

Junkrat: 5/10. I love him but i cant really see him *staying* in a relationship for long. He doesn’t know how to stop sometimes and can get really annoying really quick but he loves making things for his lover and would do his best to keep them away from the dangerous bombs. He loves them a lot but doesn’t know how to turn the love down. Really clingy so if youre into that cool.

Mei: 9/10. Absolute sweetheart. Loves you to bits and takes you out to her favorite restaurants and stuff. -1 cuz you had to have a long distance relationship due to her being in Antarctica and the fact she slept for years with no communication with her lover-

Phara: 4/10. Cares about her job more but would be an okay girlfriend, doing the basics.

Reaper: 1/10. He’s done with love and would probably just just be a sugar daddy or just be there for sex. Even if he did find himself feeling something he’d ignore it and move on

Sojourn:5/10. Not interested in dating or finding love but if it finds her she’ll go for it. Pretty nice girlfriend, makes sure to take care of her lover but does focus on her job a lot more sometimes.

Soldier:76: 0/10. Not interested and has made sure to break off any past relationships. Doesn’t want the people he cares about to get hurt. So he still cares but doesnt go see them.

Somba: 7/10. Would be a pretty good girlfriend if she wanted to have a relationship. She keeps all people she cares about far away and unaware of her deeds at Talon. So a long distance relationship until she can take some time off to go see her lover and vibe.

Symmetra: 3/10. Doesn’t know how to even start a relationship and doesn’t really want to. Her job is important to her so she wouldn’t want distractions from it.

Torbjorn: 6/10. His wife and him had a few children and have been married for a while so he’s probably got the whole love thing covered.

Tracer: 9/10. Probably one of the best on this list. She’s loving and caring and makes sure to spend a lot of time with her partner. 

Widowmaker: 3/10. Last partner she had was um. killed by her so. +3 if you could break down her walls and see the real her but very low chance

Venture: 8.5/10: Would talk to you about rocks, fossils, and everything else they can think about.
