🌹🌹 OH MY DEAR MEMORY. It's been several years since I suffered from "dissociative amnesia." I do daily exercises as part of memory loss therapy. So, today I challenged myself to cook ready-made pancakes, without looking at the instructions, I did this as part of a 30 day challenge for a better memory. aaaaaaand guess what. ???? OH, MY GOD! My pancakes are burnt! 🔥 🔥 🔥 It turned out that I didn't know how to cook it anymore, I didn't remember at all, as if I had never cooked it before. I should have known, that failing to cook pancakes is no big deal at all, but it has sparked panic and anxiety for DA patients like me… 😔😔 It took me a while to cool off and regain my logic. 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️ I know that anxiety and panic occurred not because of forgetfulness itself, but because I knew there was a problem in my memory. This is very very very annoying 😡 I won't give up, I will keep challenges myself in many ways, I will keep write to heal myself and to help others. But...yes lost memories is a shit!!!
