The next day was Leisure Day and clearly everyone in this household could use a little escape from their problems! Time to plan a party at the Splash Pad! OMG! Bahahahaha!! Apparently, Alyson is already at the festival and having some fun!
Sooo...Both Blaine and Terrell invited their girlfriends to the party. Brianna flat out no showed, and Jess showed up just to stay for two minutes and peace out! Nice...real nice...
At least the little boys were having fun! Jerrod and Krista pigged out at the hot dog eating contest and Lloyd met up with Mom, Alyson, at the karaoke bar?? I guess it DOES serve food so okay, whatever, sims take their babies and toddlers in here all the time anyway.
Maybe the girlfriends all blew them off, but Terrell was determined to have a good time.
And clearly he did, LOL! Just mean muggin it while he busts a move with Sheree!
Blaine had another drink at home and called one more time to invite Brianna to the party.
And she decided to actually show up! Yay!

Brianna even brought him along to a formal party at the Gillis household after the day of swimming.
The rest of the band mates went home where Terrell received an unexpected call from Alyson.
Being intoxicated he replied with a woohooty text...He rolled the want, what can I say...thankfully she declined.
He went to bed, frustrated, but hopeful about his career.
Snowflake Day started with yet ANOTHER hairball! Poor Otis, he's getting old, I don't think he'll be around by the next time I get back to this household.
Meanwhile Terrell spent the Holidays with his kids over at Allyson's house. Not gonna lie, I'm still kind of bummed it couldn't work out between them, but it is honestly for the best. Their relationship was not healthy.
Back at our household, after breakfast, Everyone got dressed and ready to head out for some fun family time.
And it looks like it's going to be a beautiful day! Marsha took the boys to the park to play with the Jones kids for a bit, but the Winter Festival won't be in town forever!
And it looks like Terrell had to work for a bit after spending time with Jerrod and Lloyd. Gotta grind if you want to make it as a rockstar!
Thankfully this performance wasn't interrupted by rude sims who drop their screaming toddlers on the front of the stage IN THE MIDDLE of a performance! LOL! I'm lookin at you Ida!
Aaaand apparently everyone in our household was underwhelmed by the performance and the festival itself because by the time I finished getting photos of Terrell Singing they'd all run off again! The boys played football and tag outside.
And speaking of Ida, Marsha was invited to a party at the Gale household where she danced...alone...in their office/spare room. LOL! Sims are so weird! Oh look! Rayne showed up by the end of the night too!
It took me a minute to find Billy. He was down at Saucy Jack's telling his troubles to the bartender.

Oh! OMG! He IS! And he's fighting with the bartender...and losing! Oh Good Grief...what is wrong with all these sims!?
Finally, everyone is starting to get home and settle in for the evening.
We finish out the night with Otis being freaked out by Bucktooth and another toddler aging up in the town!
Today is Spooky Day so no school! Grace is super excited to go trick or treating tonight, but first it's off to the dance studio for some ballet practice!
Back home, Sheree is learning some new recipies.
I thought it would be fun for the family to visit the festival too, but they don't have enough adults to carry both toddlers so I just sent Dmitri, Sheree and Grace. And Sheree won the apple bobbing contest! Of course she did, LOL! She's one competitive sim!
Grace met up with friends and as night approached, she went home to get into her costume while Sheree and Dmitri decided to make a date night of it and headed to the karaoke bar!
OMG! It's Method! LOL! Apparently plumbots can drive cars! I've gotta be honest, I didn't know that seeing as I pretty much never play with them personally. And this is where my game either glitched or I didn't set my SP settings correctly or something...
Grace got pulled from trick or treating while she was on her way to the first house and ran off to a formal party! But that wasn't all...
Oh come on man! It's Spooky Night! How do you expect these kids to trick or treat!? Surely, at least Grace's parents will understand seeing as they sent her off to trick or treat alone in the first place.
They DID NOT understand! The got called home from the middle of their fun night out and were LIVID! Poor Grace is grounded for the rest of my time with the family! So NOT Fair!
As you can see, Jamie stayed at the gym until sunrise. Adriana was up bright and early and finally over those creepy crawlies!
The last day of summer makes for some good mother/daughter bonding time!
And creator/plumbot bonding time LOL!
Maybe this is an unpopular opinion for rotational play, but I LOVE Story Progression! Not even just nraas, the whole concept that your sims lives continue when you aren't actively playing them. It was one of the things I was most excited for when ts3 first came out! So adorable! This townie may be Jody's best friend for life!
I guess Juliana found the hotspot for all the kids on their last day of freedom!

Aaand as soon as I exited to switch households for the season. Well, at least the Bright/Torrez family should be on a better track, even if Brianna clearly is still struggling!
Just an Intimate (get your mind outta the gutter!) Gathering
It's a slow morning on Leisure Day. While these sims still like to tie one on once in a while, most holidays are quieter with smaller gatherings now that many of them have settled down and started families. So realistic. Anyway, after a few chores and a good breakfast, Method stayed home with the kids while Jamie and Adriana hosted a beach party!
Not surprisingly Harold was the first to arrive and he and Jamie immediately ran off to have a private conversation while Adriana waited for the rest of their guests to arrive.
It was just a small intimate gathering of close friends. The Gibbs were there and the Jones's, Baldwins and Gale's. And of course, they didn't rent the place out so there were a fair number of townies and tourists who showed up as well.
Overall, it was a beautiful day for a beach party! Oh gosh, Adriana!!! No! No more fantasizing about Thomas!!!
Sims came and went, more sims visited the beach and left, but Jamie stayed late into the night!
Oh no! Oh Shayne! Bahahaha! First off, Happy Birthday! Secondly, that hairstyle does NOT fit your personality! But hey! At least it isn't pig tales!
That babysitter doesn't look too sure about being in the same room with Method! Poor Method! Maybe the sitter is just a technophobe or something.
The sun is rising and all the zombies are transforming back into sims...but they won't leave!
I thought at first they were stuck, but nope! They just hung around talking, the guy in the blue even started randomly doing the Smustle when one of them randomly set down a radio for a minute! What in the world!? I finally sent Jamie out to tell them to quit partying and just leave! Of course, Armando WAS there. What an icon...maybe he's the reason everyone was partying LOL!
Everyone finally cleared out and Adriana decided to take Frankie for a little walk.
Juliana had fun playing with her imaginary friend on the slide!

Adriana took Frankie home and what's this!? Yeeaahh...My bad...I obviously forgot to take a picture! Adriana made her first Plumbot! His name is Method and I don't normally play with bots and supernaturals, but you know what? Adriana IS in the robotics career, and Shorty DID have an alien baby in St. Bernie, so she's keeping him!
Just a normal night. Adriana with the help of Method got the kiddos all ready for bed while Jamie earned a promotion at work. This is great news! Maybe they'll actually be able to afford taxes this year! I sold off some inventory already so they can pay bills, but with both adults earning promotions and the ability to make plumbots to sell hopefully these two are finally reaching the point of financial stability...fingers crossed!
Financial stability because...yeah...Jamie and Harold are STILL harboring secret feelings for each other. No matter how many sims I try to set Harold up with, he has never entered into a relationship, but Jamie still shows no signs of wanting to break up his relationship with Adriana for him. I guess I'll just continue to let them decide what they want to do and see what happens in the end.
Oh gosh, Jamie! Who are you lecturing to in the middle of the night!? Just go home and get some sleep! LOL!
