Honestly Gem I have way too many. But cute and complete hm. Try "Love So Life" by Kouchi Kaede. If you want more I can send a list or something

Summary: Shiharu is a high school student who loves kids, lives in an orphanage, and works at a daycare... Until the handsome uncle of two-year-old twins offers her a raise if she'll be their babysitter. Often relying on memories of her mother's actions for guidance, Shiharu quickly finds herself falling in love with her new makeshift family.
This is another one I read from when it was still being serialized, and I absolutely adored it I 1000000% recommend you guys to go read it!
It’s super sweet and omg I *died* when I found out there was a 2 chapter sequel for it called Life So Happy which is centered around the twins who are a little older now (and I’ve heard it might get a continuation!!)
The main character starts off as 16 if I’m remembering correctly, and the male love interest is almost 10 years older than her, which is something that made me somewhat iffy about it at first, but I can reassure you guys that absolutely nothing actually happens between them until Shiharu is in her early twenties.
Matsunaga manages his feelings for her in a very responsible way, and reacts exactly how any adult in that situation ought to react.
The main focus of the series is more on providing a loving home for the twins, rather than on the romance.
Although a quick warning for anyone that might be bothered by it - there is one point in which the main character is very nearly assaulted by a male friend of hers (not the main love interest thank god). That’s the only thing I don’t like how the mangaka handled in the series.
