Good morning everyone 😘 Busy day today so throwing this out there now. #ThrowbackThursday to 8 years ago. I'm at work in both of these pictures one is at @mcdonaldsuk and one at #MillbrookSlimmingWorld. I lost 10 stone in 14 months and 8 of those months was while working at McDonald's. There's no obstacle to big with your group behind you supporting you and you in return supporting them. This week at #MillbrookSlimmingWorld we lost..... 48 stone! Gave out 12 awards, crowned 3 #youngslimmeroftheyears, ate lots of yummy food that everyone was kind enough to bring and share..... I don't usually light a fire when it's just me at home but it's freezing so it had to be done and it's lovely. All my table cloths from group are in the wash it'll be awesome to see them on the line later a sea of red lol Finally got round to doing my taxes 😂 Just in time. Last week #MillbrookSlimmingWorld lost 14 stone and I had the pleasure of giving out half a dozen weight loss awards... But we had a few new members last week so I imagine we'll be losing a little more this week and I've stocked up on my half stone awards as many of my new members can expect to lose half a stone in there first week if not it'll be in 2. I lost 7lb in my first week, a stone in 3 weeks, 2 stone in 7 weeks and 8 stone in 37 weeks <3 Who else lost half a stone in week 1?
