This reminds me of when Kafka joined the Defense Force 😂
NOT saying he's old, because he's not (he is my age lmao).
Just looks like something he would do because he is a silly goose and I love him for that.

Crying listening to pre 2007 Interpol tbh
I need a cropped t-shirt that says "I love being an adult of reproductive age with 0 children" and booty shorts that say "With spending power to buy vintage Littlest Pet Shop toys" across the ass
So…I’m old enough that my younger Gen Z siblings who are half my age have a pair of friends who had a kid recently. Said kid is named after a Hazbin Hotel/Helluva Boss character.
…I don’t know how to process that to be frank.
School spirits deserves a wacky 90's-esque sitcom. Underneath the murder and drama is a really funny premise

So because I bought two of the Stoney Clover Lane pouches when they had their American Girl line, I get the American Girl catalog (if you buy from their website like once you get it forever) so here are some more glimpses at the infamous 90s “historical characters” who are the same fucking age as me Christ on a cracker. I think some of these look a bit more “late 90s” than the more mid-decade, Cher Horowitz style looks of their “default” outfits
Also for anyone curious, here’s the current American Girl historical lineup. Even for someone focused on 20th century history it is very odd to me how few pre-20th-century dolls they do now:
The 1999 tab. This is for millennial trash like me who were 5 years old when Y2K was upon us.
in retrospect, being a millennial is very neatly summed up by this succession of thoughts I had in a restaurant that was playing a youtube playlist of music videos on the TV
what channel is this who is playing music videos anymore??
man everyone was so hard on Macklemore and for no reason, this is just fun & a good time
everyone is trying so hard to be Alicia Silverstone & failing (this thought was twice about two separate videos)
I can’t watch this without getting a vine stuck in my head (about one of the above videos)
oh shit this is youtube haha of course it's not TV
what a weird age. what a weird generation. to be both very plugged in and aware but also extremely old and grumpy at the same time. “girl you are never going to be Alicia Silverstone in an Aerosmith video that is the most generic pop shit I’ve ever heard” and “the vine version of this will not leave my head” for the same video. really sums up the whole experience of not quite being an 80s kid and not quite being gen z.
