Minlout Headcanon #18: (Modern AU) Whenever Snotlout and Minden go out on an ice cream date, or any date involving dessert or food stalls, whenever Minden picks her favorite flavor, even if it's not his preferred flavor, he gets it for himself anyway, because they're a couple, and eating the same food together is what couples do, by thunder!

Minlout Headcanon #16: Minden gifts Snotlout with a baby Razorwhip tooth necklace using some of her Razorwhip's discarded teeth. Snotlout wears it with him everywhere (including when he bathes in the rain).

So this scene was taken from the RoB episode “Alvin and the Outcasts”. And I was inspired from my “Minlout Name Meanings” article and I decided to make this. I hope you like this. I really enjoyed making it. Unfortunately, I couldn’t rip Astrid out, and I couldn’t turn Minden into a png so that it would look like she was part of the scene. But oh well. I’m quite proud with how this turned out.

Minden: Why do you call me that?

Snotlout: Call you what?

Minden: Mindo.

Snotlout: *Dons a thoughtful expression, then shrugs* I don't know. I usually give people nicknames; it's a habit of mine. And after I said it, the name just kinda stuck. *Short pause* Does it bother you?

Minden: *Short pause, before shaking her head and giving a shy smile* No... I like it.

Snotlout: *Returns the smile* Great!

Made this edit awhile ago on this scene and I just love the parallels of how similar Minden and Snotlout are in this regard. And Snotlout and Hookfang looking at each other in the end, thinking, “This isn’t going to end well.”
