This is going to probably make you unhappy, but these two are SO down-on-their-luck coded. Junko definitely encouraged Ibuki to get into all the stereotypical rocker hard drugs, and it shows in their lifestyle. They definitely do not own a house. At least they have each other??

Very quickly, once Junko decided to go for it. Ibuki loves big boobs, she was never going to be hard to sway; it's just a matter of Junko looking at Ibuki, deciding "eh, fuck it, I'll destroy this one next," and going from there.
