Misty Ricardo has been beavering away for months now, and will continue to do so until the book is ready. I have not set a precise publication date, but I expect the book to have been printed and ready for distribution by the beginning of April 2019. I’ll be publishing the book in both paperback and kindle formats, as I did with Volume 1. My question to you is which of the following timing options would you prefer. Neither option delays the paperback release. 1. The kindle ebook gets published at the same time, or shortly after the paperback, Or... 2.
