Meet the staff!

"Hello there, and welcome to my lab! So nice of you to stop by. Currently, me and my staff are tending to the new starter arrivals. Maybe you could give us a hand? Then I'll introduce my aides to you in the meantime."

Shunji and Saiko

"Shunji and Saiko are twin brother and sister. They are currently 40 years old, and are originally from Violet City in Johto. Both accomplished researchers in thier own right, they have been assisting me for well over a decade now, and have helped me with many an endeavor."

Shunji: "Hi everyone! So nice to meet you! My name is Shunji Quince. I'm studying Pokémon as Professor Oak's aide. My daily tasks include editing his research papers, administration, keeping an eye on lab supplies, taking medical exams of our lab's Pokémon and acting as the technical support for our machines. Together with my twin sister, I research Pokémon communication. When I'm not on the clock, I enjoy watching Pokéathlon matches. Sometimes I even dabble in them myself! I also enjoy cooking and singing karaoke. My Pokémon team consists of Pikachu, Mr. Mime and Noctowl."

Saiko: "Hello! Pleasure to meet you. My name is Saiko Quince. I am an assistant to Professor Oak, and take great pride in my work. My duties include feeding and tending to the lab's Pokémon, assisting new trainers, documenting notes taken during fieldwork, and keeping connections with various research facilities across Kanto and Johto on behalf of the Professor. In my free time, I enjoy handwork such as knitting and origami, but I also like fencing and martial arts. My Pokémon team consists of Bulbasaur, Xatu and Hitmonlee."

"And last but not least, we have Mod Intern, who schemed together with my grandson to set up my Tumblr account. Mod is in charge on all eletronic correspondance with the lab, and can answer any of your "out of character" questions, if you prefer to send those."

//Mod Intern: "Yup, that's me! Ah, I'm sorry for the low quality images of my OCs. I'm currently in the proces of moving and have no access to my drawing tablet, but better images will be here asap. In the meantime, feel free to ask Professor Oak, Shunji, Saiko and Daisy all you'd like to know about for munday! I know I'm a little early, but I'm excited to get started, okay?"

Dear fellow trans people,

I want you to know something.i want you to know that you can love yourself. Just because you’re dysphoric, and you wish your body could be what you want it to be, it doesn’t mean you can’t love yourself.

You are not your body. You are your mind. Loving yourself is learning to love your personality, and forgiving yourself for your past mistakes. Loving your body doesn’t have to be connected. I am incapable of loving my body at the moment due to my dysphoria. Maybe I’ll be able to love my body someday, but for now I can’t. In the meantime I can still love myself, and so can you. I think that’s something we all need to learn.
