Tagged by the lovely @adiprose so this is me posting another snippet from LA BELLA VITA (It's a beautiful life) where Buck makes a new friend lol

Giving a chance for Tommy to reconnect with his grandaunt, Buck decided to wander off the balcony and into the magnificent garden outside, marvelling at the colourful array of flowers.
It was there he walked into the other residents of the mansion, quite literally, as a little girl crashed into him the moment he walked past the shrubbery.
“Oof!” Thanks to his reflex and years of catching Jee, he managed to grab the little girl before she could tumble down, “Oh hello!” He said with his friendliest smile in hope he doesn't scare the girl.
Thankfully the girl didn't cry (or worse, screamed for the armed security) babbling in rapid Italian, Buck catching only a few words he recognized here and there.
“Lentamente, slowly please.” He told her gently. The girl finally stopped and smiled back, her tooth-gapped smile was endearing. “Mi chiamo Evan. Come ti chiami?”
“Emilia! Ciao, Evan!” The girl grabbed his hands and pulled him to a tree where a picnic blanket was laid neatly, a fancy tea set complete with cookies and cakes waiting for them.
Well, he thought humorously, I guess tea parties are still the same in other cultures. He nodded along to the little girl’s babbles, smiling and nodding at the bodyguards near them, who were smothering their smiles and laughter.
