mood meter for adults
my therapist said i need to work on checking in with myself throughout the day to see how I'm feeling, so I found a PRINTABLE mood meter I really like:
there are obviously loads out there and theres one I reblogged somewhere else on my blog page
but this one is printable and also includes a list of questions to help you discover why you feel that way
also this one is for body sensations:

I need to finish writing tonight so I took a double dose of my Adderall, chugged an energy drink, and took a nap. My goal was to move from this point to this point
But what I did not realize is that it would actually move me to this previously unexplored territory.
I come here to highlight a personal success and end up reblogging all the excellent Devi x Ben posts, geez, can't get over Never Have I Ever, but anyway...
Today was the 500th day in a row I checked in on Mood Meter!
This is a daily task I do for my mental health: check in on how I'm feeling. It also takes the wind out of the sails of strong emotions when I'm caught up in them; naming something takes away a bit of its power. So this has been a helpful tool in my mental health journey, and I highly recommend the app to my fellow neurodivergents.
I'm proud of myself, so I'm celebrating with a tumblr post.
