Today I am reviewing Anne, from Julep. Where I live, there is a severe snow warning.. therefore I needed to review a bright color to warm me up.. and help me think of spring! Anne was just what I needed.

Anne is described as, "ultra-saturated tropical violet crème." That is the only way to describe it. And WOW.. the color is amazing in the bottle and pops on my nails. This is literally the best purple I have ever worn. I wonder what celebrity 'Anne' inspired this shade?

The coverage was fantastic, but the formula was a bit thick, for a crème. Anne dried almost matte, which I thought looked very interesting. It was almost a jelly or plastic-y look. Very cool. I wore no topcoat in my photos, so you can see the unique look of Anne.
For the photos below, I used two coats of Anne.
