ryunosuke really doesn't want to fight over a crush with kazuma! if it was up to him, the two of them would simply talk it out and find an easy solution for this problem!

but kazuma? kazuma isn't a quitter, nor does he want ryunosuke to be one!

kazuma wants ryunosuke to give his best trying to win you over! sure, kazuma would have better chances if he wouldn't encourage his friend to give it his all with you, but it wouldn't feel right!

the two boys still remain civil when it comes to you! they aren't fighting like children and are instead mature enough to take things slow and progress their relationships with you in a meaningful way!

kazuma is certainly more flirty than ryunosuke is! he’s a charming guy and not afraid to compliment you, showing you how much he likes you

ryunosuke is more awkward around you, but that in itself has some charm! watching him blush and awkwardly laugh, as he blurts out a compliment he meant to tell you in a much more suave way…

there are even times when you spend time with both of the boys at once, grabbing dinner with them and watching them interact with one another

you can see that neither ryunosuke nor kazuma want to hurt each other. both of them want to end up with you, but not at the cost of their friendship!

and so, they make their feelings for you clear, while patiently waiting for you to choose one of them. and whoever it is, the other one will be mature enough to accept your rejection, while still remaining your friend

... somehow it feels like 'children are vulnerable and easier to control' is merely a tip of an iceberg

it’s like. a mix of the motifs of purity of self (a sense of self that remains unaffected by the passage of time or the world, forever unchanging and stuck in the form it held when it was a child) that’s very much meant to build upon asg’s role as the successor of PGA, the story’s representation of the Abrahamic Father God (in this way, mythical creatures in it of themselves are very much more like children, which. uh. is a whole different thing that we have Thoughts about.) + grisha lowk just not being a very good person who wishes to control everything around him and can only love others in the same way one loves an extension of themselves (which, wouldn’t you know, is the exact way children see themselves within the earliest stages of self conceptualization.)

at least that’s what we’ve come up for it so far? there’s something definitely more to rhis that we’re not catching onto (aside from the um. uncomfortable implications involved) but someone else might have to chime in here

What's Odonaruweek?

This is a fanweek involving the ship of Phoenix Wright and Apollo Justice! Despite odonaru usually refering to top!apollo & bottom!wright, this event doesn't discriminate on their dynamics.

A few weeks before the event, a prompt list will be released with one or two topics for each day. Creators can choose to use them or work on their own ideas for the event.

The main purpose of this event is for justwright shippers to encourage each other and have fun sharing our works! Feel free to participate for the full week or just on a few days.

When will it take place?

It will start on Odonaru Day, on Nov. 11th, and end on Nov. 17th of 2025.

What type of fanwork is welcome?

All of them! Artworks, Fanfics, Gifsets, Playlists, Headcanon discussions, as long as it's your own work and ideas, involving Apollo and Wright in romantic or any kind of shippy escenario.
