Watching this PBS doc and had no idea there were only 90000 giraffes left on earth (compared to another endangered species, African elephants, which has just half a million left ), a 40% drop in just twenty years, leaving these gentle giants dramatically in peril.
It’s ironic that the life of one of the world’s most identifiable and popular wild animals, the giraffe, is still something of a mystery
