The Dragon Prince Future AU

Hello everyone! I wanted to share my future AU that I’ve been working hard on. I’m still working on all the lore but it’s a slice of life story focusing on the original characters in their older adulthood & their children.

Rayllum Family

Rayla and Callum started their family in their mid 20’s and decided to stop having kids in their 30’s when their son was born. Rayla’s last pregnancy was hard as Ayd’rin was breeched & a late-preterm baby. After the difficult birth she and Callum both agreed that three kids was enough for them to be happy. You can learn more about the kiddos here!

Eznya Family

Ezran and Aanya’s relationship had a lot of ups and downs, they first started secretly dating as teenagers but things quickly got complicated as soon as they became adults due to political pressures leading to them being off and on. During a particularly rough breakup period Ezran had met another woman an ambassador of Neolandia, they weren’t together long but that didn’t matter because Emilijah was pregnant. Ez wasn’t prepared to be a father so it was a rough start to fatherhood but as the years passed he got used to it. And he and Aanya had settled into a stable loving relationship, and a few months before their wedding Aanya found out she was pregnant with her first child, Connie. They were overjoyed to say the very least and the kingdoms buzzed at the news, now years later Harlow entered their life much to the protest of Connie. Currently they don’t plan on having more kids.

Sorvus Family

Soren and Corvus always wanted a big family, and they got their wish. Claudia was born via a surrogate and they were overjoyed to have her in their lives. When Dia was three her fathers came home with twin skywing babies in their arms, they had been found abandoned and Soren and Corvus decided to adopt them. The next addition of their family came from another surrogate. Soren and Corvus haven’t talked about having more children but they haven’t talked about stopping either.

Clauderry Family

Claudia was in a relationship with Luna Devorans when he told her he wanted an heir, she didn’t exactly want to be a mother but it happened anyway. She was terrified after she left Devorans, still with his child so she went back to Katolis seeking comfort in her brother. It wasn’t an easy time for her, the draggang still quite hostile. But when her daughter Danica was born there was a shift. Sarai grew up with Danica and their friendship forced one between the parents. Claudia and Terry got back together as he helped raise Danica and they had their own son together, it was a very difficult pregnancy for Claudia so after Phoenix was born she decided to not have any more kids for the sake of her health.

Thank you all for reading about them! I’ll definitely post more about the kiddos and families but this is a good intro! I’m still working on the sunfire families so keep an eye out for that post!

The TwiDash siblings are perfect strangers at times due to how desperate and different their lives are and they each find perfect company in the niches they occupy, no matter how healthy or unhealthy these attachments are. Lucky Star takes breaks and reads story books for fun and entertainment, Rainbow Dazzle is often competing with other Pegasi and Wonderbolts, and Nebula Nova has the company of her mother and staff at the castle.

I love my brain!

So for my next gen au imma base off my fan kids on one of the ninja turtles when like it comes to their weapons, fighting styles and some what personality.

So I have five fan kids (I’ve only drawn one but that doesn’t t matter rn) but one of them doesn’t wanna be a hunter so he won’t count

Aera (Rujinu child)- Raphael

Leah (Zoestery child#1)- Leo

Mico (adopted Miromaby child)- Michelangelo

Yuri ( Miromaby child#2)- Donatello

My fifth kid is Leah’s younger brother Zane

Making a Adam x Neo fan kid and this is her emblem. Thinking about naming her Stracciatella.

I combined the Taurus zodiac and the ice cream cone design on Neo’s vol 7 outfit (and used Neo’s emblem on some of the variations). Thank you to @dragynkeep, whose Neo Atlas Redesign made me aware of the cone design on her coat. Poll below!:

Here’s some additional fun facts about Stracciatella:

She is selectively mute, and will only speak to people who she trusts and is comfortable with.

Gets on a team with a Polina Schnee (Whitley x Penny fan kid), Lana Lavender (Roman x Lana Lavender fan kid, and a currently unnamed Ruby x Mercury fan kid. [Can you tell I like crackships?]

Quickly becomes the best of besties with Lana, and is the first of her teammates she talks to.

Being the child of Neopolitan and Adam Taurus, Stracciatella is easily the strongest fighter of her team. 

She is a cow Faunus with a cow tail.

Stracciatella wears Roman’s hat (gifted to her by her mother).

I do not have a fairytale for her yet, I have thought of using Ferdinand but I’m unsure (suggestions are welcomed!).

I’m thinking of making her color a mint green with dark brown accents. 

Other names I was considering before I landed on Stracciatella were Caramel, Minty, Pistachio, and Spumoni. 

Her nickname is Strac (used by her parents) and Tella (by her friends).

I think it would be really funny if in contrast to her murder happy parents, Stracciatella is pretty chill and somewhat pacifistic, can still totally murder a man though. 

Stracciatella is part of a Next Gen AU I cooked up when I saw Twiins iink’s ‘Designing RWBY's Hypothetical Children (Featuring The JudgmentalCritter and Allison Are You)’ video.

apple bloom grow up on sweat apple acres, with her siblings applejack and big mac. and her grandmother granny smith. for the longest time applebloom thought her destiny lied with apple bucking. no matter what she tiried she couldnt get her cutie mark. then she tried wood craving. she loved it, even if it wasnt her calling. her and the cutie mark crusaders searched far and wide, any where there little hooves took them they tried to get there cutie marks. though. making potion with zecora made something click. it was a strange feeling, like it was her calling but something was off. one winter night, apple jack fell with a horrible sickness. while granny tried to make her better, big mac had rushed to town to bring help. apple bloom put her lessons with zecora to the test. mixing and twisting herbs that she had collected and made a brew that saved her sisters life. that was the day she realized her destiny.
