CHARLIE MORNINGSTAR— the bright-eyed compassionate Princess of Hell who wants to redeem sinners.
loves frills and ruffles, despite preferring to present herself in a more androgynous/masculine manner
loves the hotel and its residents dearly. every patron and staff is under her direct protection
got persuaded by vox to change the uniform colors to blue. more Heavenly!
speaking of, she wears soft, pastel blues that compliment her blonde hair
VAGATHA— the hotel’s protector/combatant. with so many demons laying destruction on their path, she makes sure none of them reach the hotel.
a (secret) fallen angel. specifically, an exorcist. all exorcists have butterfly wings. so when she was cast out, her demonic appearance was that of a moth. aka an undesirable and ‘ugly’ butterfly
colors got muted after her fall. wears a darker, more desaturated blue uniform
her stockings are ripped from participating in fights. she also just wears it like that for fashion
this isn’t that important but she is a FEMME !!
NIFFTY— the chipper and expressive maid. she’s always, always ready to help!
one of alastor’s spies. reports back to him the most
1950’s uniform and more ‘retro’ blue
her small stature makes it easy for her to clean nooks and crannies. it’s also Very helpful for when she needs to listen in on conversations
very talkative and cheerful. but there are certain times when she’s eerily silent and docile
HUSK— a gruff, old cat. nobody knows why he’s sticking around. surprisingly gives the Realest life advice.
constantly complains about his back. Old
a similarly muted blue uniform like vagatha. but sliiightly different shades
also one of alastor’s spies. only ever reports back when something is SERIOUSLY weird/wrong
doesn’t Try to make people like him. but strangely enough, people gravitate towards him
VOX— an overlord on the verge of losing his status. this hotel is his one-way ticket to boost himself back up.
is the one who changed the name from Happy Hotel to ReSignal Resort. also the one who mandated uniforms, though he gave creative control for them to stye theirs however they want

wears a deep and rich blue. Ocean….
the brightest, most eye-catching colors are his eyes, voxtek logo and his fingers. his identity and mannerisms are very important to him
ANGEL DUST— their one (1) patron! he’s currently hiding from valentino.
underneath his coat is a sabrina carpenter-esque bodysuit
performs drag as a side hustle. loves feeling sexy, but absolutely Refuses to actually perform the act in his get-ups
currently trying to quit ‘harder’ substances. hotel regulations
has an insane talent for Pissing Vox Off
the big question; why are all the hotel staff wearing blue uniforms with pinstripes?
i wanted to emulate a more 50’s feel for them, as pinstripes were HUGE back in that era. the uniforms used to be red, like in canon. but vox got Alastor Flashbacks and convinced charlie that blue is a much more fitting color scheme for a hotel that preaches about redemption !
it’s also noted that vox is VERY heavy on uniforms— for hotel staff and his own company. it’s a cult tactic to strip people of their individuality and make it easier to break them. he’s A LOT more lenient on the hotel residents, though. to the point no one really realizes what he’s trying to do.
