I have A Theory:

Okay, so Lloyd being part dragon should, theorhetically, come up at some point in a show called Dragons Rising. And, after part 2, we know that Imperium is going to try and caputre and drain another Source Dragon. The problem before seems to be that the power is too much for their sytem to process. This, combined with the fact that Lloyd is called a conduit multiple times, seems like it has to be connected right?

And another thing, Lloyd was said to be the only thing that could process all the power from the three dragon energy cores. So that means his body can handle a Fuck Ton of energy. Probably because energy is his elemenet or, close enough to it. But, Zane and others have mentioned the toll it'll take on Lloyd and how they don't know what it could do to him long term.

So, my theory is that Imperium will get wind of Lloyd's abilities to be a condiut and they'll capture him. Then they'll use him to process source dragon energy despite what damage that much power will do to him. Idk if the show would have him captured for a long time but I can certainly think about a part of a future season where the new ninja (arin, sora, and wyldfyre) have to find and save lloyd before it's too late. Especially because of all the vauge speaking about what thsi power will do to him. I have to believe that too much can and will kill him.

TLDR: What if Imperium uses Lloyd to harness Source Dragon power???

"Lichtenberg lines are not fun." Jay winced as he tried to move his arm with the bigger scars. Using his powers had taken a toil on his body like the others, painfully buzzing Lichtenberg lines ran down both his arms to his chest.

"Well I think they make you look cool," Cole whispered as he pecked Jay's cheek as he helped him into his nightshirt. A rough mission had given them all new scars, and for some, some growing ones.

The scars along his fingers and palms had turned more purple after using his powers heavily, and it made the joints stiff and achy as he tried to stretch his fingers. Cole took his hands into his own and his arms glowed with warmth as he rubbed Jay's hands, trying to get his fingers to loosen.

Jay sighed in relief as Cole gently stretched and rubbed his hands and fingers, they were still too stiff to extend fully, but they hurt less as Cole wrapped up his fingers snug in bandages, wrapping down to just above his elbows.

Cole turned his attention to his boyfriends face, which had only one scratch from some stray hit, he wiped the cut and applied a cute band aid covered in little emoji faces. "Does anywhere else hurt?" He asked cupping his hands around Jay's face.

Jay hummed in thought as he leaned into the touch, "hmm, think my lip hurts. Think you could make it feel better?"

"I think so," Cole smiled as he leaned in giving him a soft and quick kiss. Making them both smile and blush slightly. Jay felt his eye lids fall as the exhaustion finally began to set in.

"Are you ready for bed?" Cole asked.

"Nooooo! Its only 3 in the afternoon, I'm going to miss the episode of Clutch Powers!" Jay whined and Cole chuckled, picking him up bridal style.

"Ok then, we will cuddle on the couch then." Cole said as he brought them to the living room.

"Sounds like a plan." Jay said tucking his head into his boyfriends neck and got comfortable, forgetting all of his aches and pains as they cuddled and watched TV.
