is there a good playthrough of dotdd to watch. ive always wanted to get into it and learn more about nicky and the other plot points in dotdd but i just havent been able to find a good playthrough

it's about the mutual trust, the vulnerability, the little things they do for each other for no other reason than it makes the other happy.

and like yeah sure they never interact in canon and micah isn't even present in the final game and is instead only present in the DS version that features half of the story, but that's besides the point

Baby’s First Dominion of The Dark Djinn Playthrough (Update 1)

Guys… I am finally playing DOTDD! Very special thanks to @sheep-arnt-real-blog for sending me a link to the game file, you’re a real one!

I’ve played about an hour and a half of gameplay and there are several points of interest:

- The story is SOOOO much more streamlined. Like especially how you go to the Deep Dark wood FIRST and then Ding Dong Dell. Idk why WOTWW didn’t just copy more of the storyline over??

- We get to actually go into the town square!! I’ve always wanted to walk around there😊😊

- I like the combat! (For now😅) I’m a huge Pokemon fan so pure turn base is no problem for me! I’m interested to see what it’ll be like with more characters in my party👀

- Drippy’s dialogue is lowkey funnier. I am missing his trademark “Tidy!” though😭

- I LOVEEEEE the Ghibli art with the characters faces with dialogue!! I so wish they put it in WOTWW

- DRAWING RUNES IS SOOOOO FUN AND IMMERSIVE!!!!

I’ll be able to play more tomorrow, so goodnight and I’ll update more tomorrow!!
