Three years of dedication, consistency and hard hard work.In three years I have gone from a uk size 22 to a size 6.I still can’t believe that I’ve come this far but I’m excited for the chapter of my journey, goes to show that anything is possible when you get out of your own way and be brave.
Here’s a little update for ya’ll! (Okay it’s really for me...)
Not only do I weigh in once a week but I also measure myself at the beginning of every month and while the pounds are great, the inches excite me more!
First picture: Last May I was in a wedding and I couldn’t zip up the boots because my calfs/ankles were so thick. Here’s that same dress and boots this morning! I have ROOM in the boots, and I felt like I was swimming in the dress! It actually looks super cute and now that it’s spring, I might start wearing it!!
I started treating my body like I really loved it. Exercise, decent food, regular sleep cycle. I have always and WILL always love this soft squishy shell, but I want my shell to last a while too.
I’m really proud of how far I’ve come, even though I’ve got a long way to go.
