an alternative nomifluid/namefluid flag! i didnt connect with any of the originals, and found them aesthetically displeasing, so i made my owm. i already made a less bright version of one of the nomifluid flags, but i also wanted to make my own! i have the meanings of the stripes under the cut, for those who are curious

stripe meanings:

the wavy stripes are meant to represent fluidity in general.

the top pink stripe represents given names; given here can mean your birth name, or names given to you by others in general.

the pastel pink stripe represents the love, care, and thought put into choosing ones names.

the middle cream stripe represents self-identification, and freedom of identity.

the pastel blue stripe represents gender quality (such as femininity, masculinity, neutrality, etc).

the bottom blue stripe represents genderfluidity, or genderstaticness, as well as fluidity of the name.

There are some terms for being fluid or flux in multiple ways, but they're all specific to certain identities, so I decided to make some labels that are more vague.

The asterisk in this case is used like the one in math and indicates multiplication.

Fluid*

When some is fluid in more ways than one. Someone who is fluid* may be any combination of genderfluid, abro, pronounfluid, nomifluid, presentationfluid, etc.

Can also be spelt like fluid*2 with the number changing with however many fluid labels are used.

Flux*

When someone is flux in more ways than one. Someone who is flux* may be any combination of genderflux, abro, pronounflux, nomiflux, presentationflux, etc.

Can also be spelt like flux*2 with the number changing with however many flux labels are used.

Fluix*

When someone is flux and fluid, or fluix/fluidflux in more than one way. They may also be both fluid* and flux*. Someone who is fluix* may be any combination of genderfluix, genderfluid, genderflux, abro, pronounfluix, pronounfluid, pronounflux, nomifluix, nomifluid, nomiflux, presentationfluix, presentationfluid, presentationflux, etc.

Can also be spelt like fluix*2 with the number changing with however many flux&fluid/fluix labels are used.

Deminomifluid

Deminomifluid, also known as deminamefluid or demiabronominal, is a term in which one has some names which are static or always used, and some which are fluid and not always used. It is the name counterpart to demipronounfluid.

i feel so bad for asking people to call me by a new name. it's not their fault i'm a fucking freak and can't just settle settle the fuck down with one. but quinn feels so wrong sometimes. a good name, but not quite MY name. and mason feels so soft and warm. like a cozy blanket. but how long till that changes too. god, my odd flavor of nomifluidity is so stupid i hate it and myself for it.

I'm the only nomifluid there that associates his names with colors? Like Procyon is purple, Josh is soft blue or soft grey, Ash is dark blue, Danny is neon Green or light blue, Maggie is Pink, June is Orange...etc?

Fluidvesil is an identity under the vesil umbrella where fluidity and being fluid affect most parts or all of your identity. Examples of identities that might link into this are genderfluid, genderflux, abrosexual, ace-/aroflux, nomifluid, pronounfluid, constelic or kinfluid. (You do not have to identify with these!)

An umbrella term for something that in some way affects many or all areas of someone's identity. Someone whose gender, orientation, alterhum

From this point down it may be a bit of a vent post 😅

For me, personally, it's defined by the feeling that whenever I discover something about myself, it turns out to be fluid and impermanent. I'm genderfluid, have multiple names, am constelic and am aldernicfluid (?). I stick to barebones labels because it's difficult to find things I constantly relate to. My interests, personality and beliefs are constantly evolving at a fast rate, and it feels like something ties this all together. So, fluidvesil!
