I took the first pic moments ago, several hours after it was cooked vs second pic, which was immediately after. The cold weather just won’t cooperate. The fat hardened faster than I could click my camera. I went on to check the gravy in the slow cooker and the tallow rose to the surface. Frustrated, I absentmindedly scooped it out and discarded it. (You cut short my photo mini session!)Yes, I DISCARDED A LOT OF TALLOW. And after I’m done with it, I felt like SCREAMING! What have I done?! I should have saved it!
