Zhangyu (Lit: Long fish [Yellow eel]) Noodles

(According to the weibo post): There are 9 kinds of ingredients in the soup: snails, catfish, bitterlings, toadfish, wild carp, small black carp, small crucian carp, spotted seed fish, and yellow swamp eel. Although none of them are expensive ingredients, each one is an authentic Suzhou lakefood. Each sip of the soup is mellow, fragrant, yet sharp and fresh. The toppings are thick and oily eel paste or fried eel, highlighting the original taste of the yellow eel.
