My Kids said.."Daddy, your hand bones are showing!"... call it what you want, #nsv, or whatever... but my kids have never seen me healthy and fit... they are amazed and point out the little details that I sometimes miss... If you think some magical thing is going to happen to when you finally loss your weight...and start looking all hot/sexy...😂.... Then you are in for a shocking surprise! You need to shed off that lie with the weight you're losing! The core of who I am, the part God created, needed to emerge from underneath all the bs, lies, negative energy, and self destructive behavior I caked on to my life! I didn't have #wls to just loose weight! I knew I needed a lifestyle change physically because the real me on the inside wasn't matching up! Whether you'd like to admit it or not, like me, you choose this lifestyle! Embrace it! Don't deny yourself the chance to utilize the full potential of the tool you've been given by making bad choices and reverting to the old you! 😍😘 much love goes out to the broken-hearted, frustrated, and struggling #vsgcommunity , You're not alone and there is hope! I just finished to wellness circuit training for work that we do every year. I missed last years but 2years ago I wouldn't have made it halfway through before giving up!
