Crossed out = done! (/ Working on it for overall things like taking better care of myself etc)

3 - give a compliment to myself
5 - I'll cut my nails
10 - I'll wash my face
15 - I'll take better care of myself mentally
17 - I'll try to regress more often
20 - I'll try to finish a digital drawing or two
25 - research and learn and try a new way to calm my anxiety in the moment/in general
30 - I'll try my best to not sh in ANY way, not just cvtting
35 - I'll try to get up earlier from bed
40 - I'll make more cute bracelets like I used to
45 - I'll try to draw out my feelings more often again
50 - I'll be more honest about problems/relapsing about my ed with my parents
75 - I'll eat as much as I actually want to during Christmas
100 - I'll reach out more often to my friends (maybe even moots) if I need it (if they're comfortable)
125 - I'll be more honest with my psychiatric nurse about relapsing and issues with my ed and my other ways of sh
150 - I'll always try to eat atleast 3 meals a day
175 - I'll stretch/exercise/move my body more often
200 - I'll try my best not to skip any meals again
300 - ill organise my clothes and put away stuff I don't use
400 - ill organise my cabinets with alot of stuff in them
500 - I'll try to finish all my leftover work a bit faster and stop putting it off
550 - I'll take my vitamins more often
600 - I'll drink more water
700 - I'll diy or mb go to a second hand store to find menhera type stuff ^^
800 - I'll buy myself something I really want after Christmas
900 - I'll try my best to recover from/ learn to cope everything 🩷 instead of letting myself fall as easily
