One of the more important things to consider with cell work is acknowledging that the concentrations of drugs used don't always translate to what is relevant in a clinical setting - I spent a weekend reading ~10 different papers/databases from 4 different countries to find the relevant doses of oxaliplatin to convert to usable concentrations for my cell work.
