Forming a habit
I’ve been awake since 4.30am GMT, why! Because I did not to be late for my new early morning routine which starts at 6am GMT😐! I am worried that I will not be able to get up and do what I promised myself I would do (my previous post promise is a promise talks about this).
So I lay in bed, wondering if I should start early, fire up the laptop and get some work done. So I meditate, (one of the things on my list), I think of three things to be grateful for. I read a bit on Passive Incomes, and catch up on Facebook (well what else can I do!)
It is then time to have my shower, by this time it is only 6.30am, time seems to go slower for some reason.
As I leave the bathroom I notice my older daughters light is on in her bedroom. She is awake, but not up. She watches breakfast TV and then with 30mins to spare, gets herself ready and leaves the house.
On several previous occasions, my daughter will moan that she needs to get up earlier, she needs a routine in the morning so she can be more alert for the forthcoming day. But she has not made a promise to herself that will hold her accountable when she does not do what she says.
My promise to myself is that if I wake up and do my early morning routine, I will be one more step closer to attaining my goal of creating the lifestyle I want to live, and so in anticipation of this lifestyle I get up super early so I can eventually get what I want!
My daughters motivation is not strong enough yet, but it will be when she wants something badly enough.
What do you want? a fit body, weight loss, new friends, beautiful skin? What promise will you make to yourself to get it?

Tips:
•If you just want your smoothie to feel more like cold juice, put the ice in when you blend it the first time. •If you want your smoothie thicker, blend all of your ingredients together first, then add ice and blend again to make the liquid thicker. •Also, if you don't want your smoothie to feel like baby food (ground up lumpy vegetables), just add more liquid of your choice.
