Zumba Day 2 Results

Well, unfortunately there was no Zumba, nor Squash. I woke up in the morning with some joint pain in the legs/ hips. So I thought it would be best to lay off Zumba for that day and just let the body recover. I did push myself pretty hard the day before.

Not realising I had to get the car serviced, which meant I had to leave it there. I could not get to squash either, however this will be rescheduled for Friday.

I did make sure to eat well, the whole day! My focus is there and the day did not go to waste as it was pretty productive.
