you probably recognize me from my little radio show. if not, you can find it here: listen to the signal. (it's for those of you who enjoy the quiet and the fog.)

i'm jamie. i run the signal. sometimes it runs without me. (the static can be very convincing some days. the queue is kind when that happens.)

i'm from night vale. it's a friendly community in a desert where the sun is hot, the moon is beautiful, and mysterious lights pass overhead while we all pretend to sleep.

this is my personal blog, where i'll say personal things. things that wouldn't make it on the broadcast, or thoughts i have when the quiet sets in.

i'm 19 and work as one of the few interns that don't fade as a part of night vale's community radio. (my dad says it's because i know the static well enough to avoid it.)

on the side, i run a blog for the broadcast.

Just kids.

Kids who didn’t understand what they were doing, how dangerous it really was, how they might get themselves killed.

Sure they all know that, but they didn’t understand how real of a possibility it was.

Kids should not be soldiers.

They should only have the soul.
