A delicious and flavorful chicken burger with caramelized onions, perfect for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground chicken. 1 onion, thinly sliced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1 egg. 1/4 cup milk. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 4 burger buns. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Mayonnaise. Ketchup. Olive oil.
Instructions: In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sliced onions. Saut until the onions are caramelized and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside. Shape the chicken mixture into 4 burger patties. In the same skillet, cook the chicken patties for about 4-5 minutes per side or until they are cooked through and have a nice golden crust. Toast the burger buns in the skillet until they are lightly browned. To assemble the burgers, spread mayonnaise and ketchup on the bottom bun. Place a lettuce leaf on top, followed by a chicken patty, caramelized onions, tomato slices, and finally, the top bun. Serve hot and enjoy your Chicken-and-Onion Roll Burger!
