Hi, Ik this isn’t the typical place to go for this type of help but it’s the platform I’m the most comfortable using. I’ve been stuck on Open Orbit 290 T1 for MONTHS and I’m so frustrated by it. I saw a TikTok where someone brute forced it with R2 Sylus Relentless Conquerer. This is what I’ve been trying bc I don’t have good enough purple of anyone to get anywhere near completion. I can get kinda close with a lot of luck, but I’ve never passed T1 with my Sylus team. I even splurged (against my better judgement) to R1 his yellow lunar from this banner bc it scales based on ATK.
There’s really nothing else for me to level up (cards or protocores), so I’m feeling stuck and helpless. Does anyone have any tips/ ideas on what else I could try?
I’ve attached my cards and stats below. I could do show more in depth for the protocores if someone wanted to see. I’ll also attach some more of my thoughts/ strategies I’ve attempted.
Notes:
Ik in the vid, they have a higher ATK and OS. I’ve been trying for weeks to get/ build better protocores but the rng gods are not helping whatsoever
I also know in the vid she has 1 purple Sylus lunar card (which also scales based one ATK) which helps (as I don’t have any matching) but the only purple Sylus I have is R0.
Yes, all my protocores are level 15. 3 Crit Dmg and 1 Crit Rate. Both solar have OS. I’ve tried a lot of small variations in this like 3 crit rate and 1 crit damage. 2 of each.
With R2 (I cannot seem to get that last pink solar Sylus no matter how much I pull from the empyrean pool 😪😪), I can comfortably use my oath twice without ORB. I also find I don’t *need* EEB, so I use 2 OS, but this really doesn’t seem to have much of an effect imo.
I can beat T1 with R3 GoA (brute force) but then I don’t have enough ranked Zayne lunar cards (or enough good enough HP or Crit rate/dmg protocores) to beat T2.
Is this just a matter of waiting and trying to get/ build better protocores to try with this team, or if anyone even thinks this team is viable at all?
Should I try to build a MoF (R3) or Foreseer (R2) team for the other half of this level?
I’d really appreciated any advice anyone could provide.
open orbit 240 with sylus relentless conqueror (CA)
this is the first time I post my battle stuff here, but I just really want to share this achievement 🤸🏻♀️
who would've thought that a standard companion could clear OO240 T2 without any matching stella? this is why I love CA sooo much.. though the gameplay is so complicated (no wonder no one in global have ever tried it)
if you like to see more of my battle stuff (especially sylus) please go to my tiktok or YT 💖
The first couple of days after the new update I played the new orbits. It was pretty fun. So I'm sharing with you how much I went through in the first two days, of course, only with Sylus💪🏻🗡️
I've been stuck in OO290 for so long to the point I decided to neglected it too much. My stubborn self really wanted to finish all the orbits with zayne, so I feel like i wanted to do the orbits when they release zayne's 4th myth. But, who am I kidding? LOL. Let me flex my stats for T2 OO290, please.
Decided to finish it with his 4*solar because I'm stubborn, okay!
OO300 is eaassyyy! The stellas are made for zayne, so no stats. Now, zayne and I can rest easy on our home tending our garden<3
I had been stuck here for a while because I was trying to brute force it with Xavier, and while I was close I knew it would mainly be RNG/luck to get me to pass it and then I was battling myself on if I should level up the rest of Xavier’s pinks (2 solars) or if I should give my attention to Sylus.
Clearly I went with the boss man himself. He kept dying over and over and over again so I really had to focus on keeping his health up. So I tried to pick up the dark energy when it was close to me but I also kept getting stuck against the wanderer and Sylus 😭
I rarely use AB these days... I miss him. Weakness build for both teams.

T1 notes:
- Strategy: Back to back weakness to prevent the remnants from casting a barrier on themselves.
- Weakness rotation: Resonance skill -> (target frontmost enemy) support skill -> active skill. 1 active skill only per weakness.
-- Following up resonance with support skill will lightly stagger the enemies, buying you time to close the distance with claymore.
- Push enemies to the northwest corner and keep them there.
- Ideally, have all enemies shieldbroken for the first oath at around 1:00 and the second oath towards the end.
T2 notes:
- Strategy: 4 weaknesses, 1 Searing Slash and 1 active skill per weakness. Can't delay on resonance.
- Trigger empowered support skill for the extra energy, but don't use it.
- To maximize damage:
-- Use active skill when you have the beacon buff. Get the buff by either from picking up a beacon from support skill or by using charged attack when the boss is marked.
-- Do quick charged attack spam when not using active skill in weakness, and when done getting 3 claymore stacks outside of weakness.
- Time a Searing Slash to trigger during every weakness by holding Potential count at 4/6 stacks, then using support skill and picking up the beacon at 2s before or after resonance skill.
- If you use resonance/oath quickly enough while Potential bar is filled, you can delay Searing Slash to trigger after. You can see me do this a lot before shieldbreak in this clear.
