FAITH, TRUST, OPTIMISM
= Fulfillment.
Hey luvie bubbies,
A lot of ppl been on here talking about manifesting a text sooooo… im finna put y’all on game rq. this is a concept i made up and live by its called FTO. (faith, trust, optimism)
++ This can , AND IS ENCOURAGEDD to be used to manifest any and everything.
and for gods sake, its not REALLY a method. just a mental change.
What is it?
Faith - Is having complete trust or belief in a person usually without evidence.
Trust - relying/believing that something will work out favorably
Optimism - being open minded to many outcomes and possibilities.
The concept.
If you simply have FAITH in yourself, and believe you can get your text, YOU CAN. i don’t care if you believe you can have it NOW, IN 3 DAYS, NEXT WEEK, just have faith in yourself.
TRUST that everything is unfolding in your favor, trust in the unseen/ whats going on behind the scenes. Trust that you will get your desire no matter what.
BE OPTIMISTIC!! Be open to the many ways you can and will receive your text. there are so many unfathomable ways that manifestation can come. There are so many ways it can come that you would never even thought of. so be open to it, nothing is impossible.
How I applied it + Sucess stories examples.
(these are two of many successes btw)
1. I had so much faith myself so much that when i want my SP to text me, I say “im gonna wake up to a text from SP.” I put my phone down and take a nap. AND BOOM i wake up with the text. (and i do this on the daily 😙)
-> I had faith in myself and power, I trusted that everything was gonna work out for me. I was optimistic and didn’t give a single fuck about what the 3D looked like.
2. I needed money by the end of the week, likeeee urgently. All i did was say “im not gonna worry because im gonna have the money.”
-> I had faith in myself and power to get that money. I didn’t even lift a finger or do techniques. I trusted that everything is working out no matter what it seems. (cause boo, my bank account was definitely lacking.) and I was optimistic. I didn’t say “omg i need to go do some nails for money, or i need to go ask for money or I’ll never get it.” Nah, i didn’t stick (or look) towards one possibility. but i did get a $500 check tho. 😛😛 never would’ve thought that. 🤷🏽♀️
ill admit y’all, for the SP one, i used to doubt myself and then not get it. It took me some time to build that trust with myself but i eventually did it until it was fail proof. do. not. give. up.
apply that FTO.

Me waking up looking at my phone like I didn’t know SP was gonna text me: 😂😂😂
One chance one dream one hope one detour one voice one book one painting one hour one decision one prayer can change the trajectory of everything.

"i have become clincally undepressed. thinking about starting it all." -tiktok
a year ago, i was in a bad place. yeah. we'll call it that.
but now the spring has come. i have great friends and i have interests. im weird again; i daydream. i laugh everyday; i dont dread the mirror. flowers are blooming. and i am so grateful.
i make new friends! i go new places! i have optimism!! and i journal and sleep and eat and today i even put on sunscreen, even though its cloudy. and i am so grateful.
and as i sit in the park, i dream about my future. college, community, what ill do. and i realize, i regained it. my spark. and i am so grateful.
the future is so so bright so please hold onto hope. its worth it.
As a species, we have substantially solved a ton of pollution sources. Even in extremely polluted countries, environmental problems are better than they used to be in the west before significant environmental protections kicked in. Beijing is still 3x more air-polluted than LA, but that's falling fast and is better than LA in 1990, let alone during the "rivers would catch fire" era. We're making a major dent on plastic pollution, and cleaning up the pacific garbage patch is essentially a problem of "okay we're going to devote resources to this" more than anything else. We've brought down sulfur particulates in the Pacific so much that it's actually accelerated global warming! We stopped the depletion of the ozone layer and it's recovering. We don't pump out methylated lead into the atmosphere from every single car. Waters, oceans, and rivers are cleaner, forests are coming back, endangered species are recovering.
Basically, on every element except for CO2 pollution (and associated global warming), we've solved or majorly reduced most types of pollution. And even that is slowing faster than we thought due to build-out of green energy like solar and wind.
Basically, it's looking like we can in fact tech and build our way out of this problem. Would have been ideal to have not abandoned nuclear power back in the 1970s or to have stalled solar, wind, and solar power yesterday. But the next best time is today.
Why I Choose To Hope
I choose to hope, not because of some blind optimism or sheltered nieve, but because I have seen and been shaped by some of the best and worst that humanity has to offer. I choose to hope because in a world of manufactured despair, to stubbornly, instantly, determinedly hope is one of the greatest acts of defiance at our disposal.
