Every time I see a new fan of a fandom I’m in I resist the urge to literally hold their hands and walk them through everything because on gods I can NOT handle another new fan with takes so so wrong and not accurate at all that it hurts to hear and see because they lack media comprehension. But I don’t. Because I want to faith that they can do it on their own. But I cannot do this shit anymore man.

Not sure if someone has said this already and it's just my subconscious remembering but.

You could be the reason that you make someone's day. Maybe you complimented their hair or their shirt or that cool new watch they got but you could be the reason that you made someone's day. And I think that's just such a beautiful thing because if you stop to talk to me about the book I'm reading that actually makes a difference in my day. So do it. Tell your friends they look great, compliment the familiar face in your math class because who knows? You could've made someone's day.
