It’s the first blush of our volunteer tomato plant! This is the plant that was magically propagated by the birds or the wind or a mysterious middle-of-the-night fairy gardener. And now here, bringing lots of color to the city balcony. 🍅 Bigger than a cherry but smaller than a plum, it turns out we have a variety of the clustering kind with not red but orange fruits! Right now, there are five more clusters and about a dozen blooming flowers on the vine, so it’s a fall crop, mighty but mini, for us this year!
