Frozen Mocha Oreo Bars are the ultimate no-bake summer dessert! Creamy mocha-flavored ice cream filled with chunks of Oreo cookies, these bars are sure to be a hit at any gathering or as a refreshing treat on a hot day.
Ingredients: 2 cups heavy cream. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 3 tablespoons instant coffee granules. 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 16 Oreo cookies, crushed.
Instructions: Whip the heavy cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form. Put instant coffee grounds, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sweetened condensed milk in a different bowl. Combine well. Fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture slowly until it is all mixed together. It's best to add the crushed Oreo cookies slowly while mixing them in. Put the mix into a 9x9-inch baking dish that has been lined with parchment paper. Squish some Oreos together and sprinkle them on top to make it look nice. The dish should be frozen for at least 6 hours, or until it is firm. Cut the bars into pieces and serve after they're frozen. Have fun with your tasty Frozen Mocha Oreo Bars!
