For me, all of my practices (Asana, pranayama, Mantra chanting, organic dance, writing...) need to have something in common: they need to add something in the journey of breaking the layers of patterns and tendencies, they must guide me to clean the glasses which I use to see inside (which as a consequence are the same with which I see outside). Otherwise, if this common aspect is not present, then I am just escaping, temporarily covering the suffering and the ignorance of who I am. Grateful for landing after 48 hours of planes and airports where I had the chance to observe so many of my tendencies of which I’ll be writing soon on my blog. . . . 📷👉🏽 @fotosbyboca at #Ashvembeach . . . #indiajourney #practicekindnessandcompassion #consciousawakening #organicmovement #selfobservation #selfstudy #svadhyaya #yogajourney https://www.instagram.com/p/ButkQu6FVzS/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=4q4wo091m9m4
