Started the yellow house last year, decided it wasn't as bad as I remembered. Finished it up and then used the shell to get a more pack restricted version, which is the blue house.
Placed on 15x20 lots. Both are under 20k, although since the yellow house isn't pack restricted (and uses kits*), I was able to get it a couple thousand cheaper. Both are vanilla. These have not been playtested.
*However nothing is from the marketplace, as I stopped purchasing EA products in 2025.
While I don't keep it updated since I tend to wait before patching, you can for now find them on my gallery: HAYLEY247. If you need to take your app offline for a while, simsfileshare links are below.

yellow starter home (simsfileshare - not pack restricted)
You will need to use bb.moveobjects and bb.showliveeditobjects before placing.
blue starter home (simsfileshare - pack restricted)
As I didn't use MOO at all once I placed the shell, you should be fine without it. I try to design at least some builds without this cheat since I know that on slower computers, MOO and debug items can cause lag and other performance issues.
A home in the more modern part of Mt. Komorebi which combines contemporary architecture with Japanese inspired design and eco elements.
It works well as a residential or a holiday rental for a single sim or a couple and offers space for skill building, relaxing and inviting friends over.
One Bedroom - 1.5 Bathrooms
Special Features: the side porch comes with a grill, a picnic table and a telescope; the balcony includes two loungers, three planters and a bonsai tree
Lot Type: Residential (probably would also work well as a Holiday Rental though)
Playtested (There was one weird issue I couldn't completely solve, more info under the cut)
Available on the Sims 4 gallery!

For some small tweaks TwistedMexi’s T.O.O.L. mod was used, but you don’t need the mod in your game for this to show up the way I built it.

Known issue:
While I was playtesting, my sim sometimes couldn't wash any dishes in the kitchen sink. Any other interactions with the sink would work without problems though (like taking a glass of water or washing their hands). Deleting the lamp above the sink seems to be the easiest way to fix this. Alternatively, you'd just have to drag the dishes into the sink manually. Sorry for this inconvenice, everything else should work fine though.
(I know I could have swapped out the lamp right away before uploading the build, but the whole issue was somewhat confusing (as I sometimes got the sink to function without having to delete the lamp, so I wasn't sure what was actually causing the issue). I'm also trying to explain it in the video, but yeah, at some point I just gave up and left the lamp where it was... Sorry again...)
In these past few days I just took a break from huge buildings and so I decided to build a micro home (also because my next project will be on a 64x64 lot... So... You know... Easy peasy 😂😂😂)
A small shotgun-style house for a family of three.
I was somewhat inspired by the season of spring, so the interior is rather bright and colourful and the garden comes with an extra amount of flowers and some other stuff sims (and birds) might enjoy. I hope you will too!

In the light of recent events (= that one comment this video got) I feel the need to point out that some things I say in this voiceover are supposed to be sarcastic and were intended as jokes... Sometimes I say stuff and it means the opposite... (Yes, I probably should avoid doing this in future videos, but just so you know...)

A tiny house, inspired by and built with the Courtyard Oasis kit, for a single sim who wants to escape the ordinary and dedicate themselves to writing or painting.
Relaxation and inspiration can especially be found in the lush, dreamy garden, which includes a tiny pavillion with an easel, a gardening area, a natural pool, loungers and an outdoor dining area.

A small rental house on the beach of Sulani where the comfort and convenience of modern furnishings meet elements of traditional island architecture and culture. Perfect for a single sim or a couple who love scuba-diving or water sports!
An entry to Klötzchenvendel shell challenge by Allyriana.
One Bedroom - One Bathroom
Special Features: outdoor seating area with bar and grill - jet ski (there seems to be an issue that if the lot is set to rental and a sim is sent there, the jet ski will disappear. It shouldn’t be a problem if set to residential though)
Lot Type: Rental (at least it’s intended as one; for some reason I couldn’t save it as this lot type though, so it appears as a residential on the gallery, and you’d have to change it back to a rental manually in your game. I’m really sorry for this, but I unfortunately couldn’t find a fix for this either...) / Residential
A small, eco-friendly home for a family of two or three, including a pretty garden for growing herbs and fruit and for relaxing while watching the frogs in the pond.
