I really like trains guys. Nothing hits better than a fraught goodbye at a train station. I don't make the rules, I just make the builds to enforce 'em.
More info and download under the cut 😘
I've had this build made for a minute, I originally made it for my crossed wires short story, and then I realized I wanted to make it cc-free for download. Honestly that ended up being WAY more of an effort than I anticipated because the open roof is such an important part of this build, and we don't have a non-cc way to change the undersides of roofs (EA please I'm begging). Did I end up TOOLing a random fence debug asset up there? Yes. Yes I did. So be careful with the roof friends its a little sensitive. Move objects on is a necessity.
Yes, this is based on Red Dead Redemption 2, let's be real many of my builds are. Even has the gaming table at the end, but at least you don't have to work on the gambler challenge there, that's a real blessing.
I hope all you guys enjoy this and get some fun play out of it. Honestly it also works great as an open-air museum for a modern save, when I was taking photos I had it on triple speed to get the lighting right and watched a ton of sims just like wander around and I felt like I was absolutely watching them visit a little museum. So this one REALLY pulls double duty.
As always please tag me if you use it, seeing my builds in action is one of my favorite ways to get serotonin these days.
Fully playtested, but this is probably more of a screenshot lot than not, there's not a ton to do. I do not think the easel is functional, I think I may have sacrificed that for aesthetics. If you delete the box/crate under it will work fine.
A classic small town cemetery, open to visitors from dawn to dusk. Here you'll find the final resting places of everyone from Copperdale's earliest inhabitants to the community's recently departed. The cemetery is arranged around a central mausoleum, where some of the town's most notable families have been interred for multiple generations.
After dark, it's known to be a popular hangout for local high schoolers — much to the groundskeeper's chagrin. But don't worry, they're (mostly) harmless.

Started the yellow house last year, decided it wasn't as bad as I remembered. Finished it up and then used the shell to get a more pack restricted version, which is the blue house.
Placed on 15x20 lots. Both are under 20k, although since the yellow house isn't pack restricted (and uses kits*), I was able to get it a couple thousand cheaper. Both are vanilla. These have not been playtested.
*However nothing is from the marketplace, as I stopped purchasing EA products in 2025.
While I don't keep it updated since I tend to wait before patching, you can for now find them on my gallery: HAYLEY247. If you need to take your app offline for a while, simsfileshare links are below.

yellow starter home (simsfileshare - not pack restricted)
You will need to use bb.moveobjects and bb.showliveeditobjects before placing.
blue starter home (simsfileshare - pack restricted)
As I didn't use MOO at all once I placed the shell, you should be fine without it. I try to design at least some builds without this cheat since I know that on slower computers, MOO and debug items can cause lag and other performance issues.

I finally finished Salt Haus Quarter, a full multi-venue district with a bakery, art gallery, restaurant, and lounge all on one lot. It took forever but I absolutely love how it turned out, and the tour is now live!
If you want to explore it in your own game, it’s on the Sims 4 Gallery under ManicPot8to.

This one was such a fun challenge and honestly might be one of my favorite city builds so far. Let me know which venue you’d visit first!
here's a starter apartment build i made for my own gameplay. nothing special, just a box with some decoration slapped on top😅 the roof got irreversibly messed up at some point too, but i thought you guys might be interested anyway!
the lot is playtested both as a café and a rental residential but i highly recommend @down-in-simsland's new lot traits mod for a better "living above a hipster coffee shop" experience!

A somewhat cheap and slightly neglected apartment, built for Maxis' Rebellious Vampires or any other characters (coffins can easily be replaced with beds). The interior is done in an industrial/grunge style, perfectly suited for those who value art and freedom more than luxurious furniture.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms: for a struggling rock musician, an underground hacker, and an aspiring artist.
The kitchen here, naturally, exists solely for the preparation of beverages.
IMPORTANT: The lot has platforms! When placing, you need to lower the kitchen by 2 levels, add 2 black staircases, and add wooden trim for the platform. The bathroom and the area by the bathroom entrance, as well as the space under the bookshelf, can be raised by 1 level (optional).
