This charming, half-timbered house in the oldtown of Windenburg belongs to two elderly ladies who rent out their spare bedroom to tourists or students. If you're willing to lend them a hand in the garden, they might even grant you a little discount🌱
Two Bedrooms - 1.5 Bathrooms
Lot Type: Tiny House Residential (Tier 3, Small Home, 97 Tiles)
For some small tweaks TwistedMexi’s T.O.O.L. mod was used, but you don’t need the mod in your game for this to show up the way I built it.

It's not set as a rental lot because I haven't got For Rent yet, but if you own the pack and want to stick to the backstory I had in mind, I guess you can easily turn the spare bedroom into its own unit.
Or you could use the roommate system from Discover University.
Or add a third sim to the household and just lock some doors.
Or literally do whatever you want, obviously. Hope you enjoy! 😊
In today's video I show the one TINY TUDOR HOUSE! The special thing about this house is that I only use objects from the Base Game and Get Together and no cc.
You find the speed build here!
This tiny tudor house is located in Windenburg and is surrounded by a small lake. Over a bridge your SIms reach the cottage and the comfortable seat directly at the water. Here you can go gardening or go fishing. Inside the house there is a small bathroom with shower and a kitchen with dining area. On the upper floor there is a fireplace and a sofa. There is also a comfortable bed and a work area with a computer. Let your Sim move into this TINY TUDOR HOUSE in Windenburg today!
A home in the more modern part of Mt. Komorebi which combines contemporary architecture with Japanese inspired design and eco elements.
It works well as a residential or a holiday rental for a single sim or a couple and offers space for skill building, relaxing and inviting friends over.
One Bedroom - 1.5 Bathrooms
Special Features: the side porch comes with a grill, a picnic table and a telescope; the balcony includes two loungers, three planters and a bonsai tree
Lot Type: Residential (probably would also work well as a Holiday Rental though)
Playtested (There was one weird issue I couldn't completely solve, more info under the cut)

Known issue:
While I was playtesting, my sim sometimes couldn't wash any dishes in the kitchen sink. Any other interactions with the sink would work without problems though (like taking a glass of water or washing their hands). Deleting the lamp above the sink seems to be the easiest way to fix this. Alternatively, you'd just have to drag the dishes into the sink manually. Sorry for this inconvenice, everything else should work fine though.
(I know I could have swapped out the lamp right away before uploading the build, but the whole issue was somewhat confusing (as I sometimes got the sink to function without having to delete the lamp, so I wasn't sure what was actually causing the issue). I'm also trying to explain it in the video, but yeah, at some point I just gave up and left the lamp where it was... Sorry again...)
A small shotgun-style house for a family of three.
I was somewhat inspired by the season of spring, so the interior is rather bright and colourful and the garden comes with an extra amount of flowers and some other stuff sims (and birds) might enjoy. I hope you will too!

A small rental house on the beach of Sulani where the comfort and convenience of modern furnishings meet elements of traditional island architecture and culture. Perfect for a single sim or a couple who love scuba-diving or water sports!
An entry to Klötzchenvendel shell challenge by Allyriana.
One Bedroom - One Bathroom
Special Features: outdoor seating area with bar and grill - jet ski (there seems to be an issue that if the lot is set to rental and a sim is sent there, the jet ski will disappear. It shouldn’t be a problem if set to residential though)
Lot Type: Rental (at least it’s intended as one; for some reason I couldn’t save it as this lot type though, so it appears as a residential on the gallery, and you’d have to change it back to a rental manually in your game. I’m really sorry for this, but I unfortunately couldn’t find a fix for this either...) / Residential
An old, small farm, or maybe more of a cottage, located in the Bramblewood in Henford-on-Bagley. It comes with a rustic, a bit old-fashioned, but cosy interior, perfect maybe for an elderly couple raising their teen grandchild or nephew or niece. Between the lavender and hortensia growing in the yard, some wild rabbits are hiding, and you can also find a chicken coop and a kitchen garden. Just beware of the foxes!
This is an entry to MabgLopes’s “IPictureThis” challenge and built according to (or at least inspired by) the following description: "From the outside the house looks cozy, with white stones and wooden decorations. Small, squared windows added in a symmetric way. The house is equipped with a small kitchen, one bathroom, a comfortable living room and two bedrooms. The building is shaped like an L and surrounded by a modest garden and small trees."
I took some creative freedom here and there, but overall I’m quite happy with how it turned out.

Lot: 13 Nettle Lane, 30x20, The Bramblewood, Henford-on-Bagley
A small, rustic cottage for a single mom and a toddler, surrounded by a overgrown garden with a vegetable patch and a chicken coop.
After breaking her leg, Rose, an elderly Henford-on-Bagley resident, asked her great-niece Sophie to take care of her old cottage while she was in rehab. It was a welcome opportunity for Sophie; she really was in need of a change after being left by her partner and staying alone with her child Ben. And as a freelance graphic designer, she could just as well work from the small town of Henford as from the big city. When she moved into Aunt Roses’s cottage with her little son, she found the house to be a bit old-fashioned and cluttered, but also cosy and inviting. She felt reminded of her childhood, when she had spent some carefree holidays here. The scent of the roses and the lively clucking of the chicken in the garden are already making her smile again. Who knows what this new life will have in store for her and Ben?
