Secret Fan Club

There is some person who secretly accomplishes amazing feats of skill (whether in martial arts, sleight of hand, parkour, or something else) ...by using spirits of people who had those skills in life, allowing them to temporarily take over some control, in a form of partial possession. Perhaps this person is working as some kind of bounty hunter, spy, thief, or mercenary of some sort, but the main thing is that this person does not expect anyone to know who they really are and what work they do; and especially not how it is done.

One day, this person starts getting anonymous fan mail, sent to a real home address or post office box, under their real name, by someone who might know how e does what e does.

But why should e have any fans at all? Who would know about any of it?

Anyone is free to interact here! That's cool! In our community, we call it partial possession. Some systems struggle with it, but others can do it before they even learn to switch.

We tend to do hand possession a lot... but not so much the... umm... trenchcoating... LOL!

If you ever want to play around with the hand partial possession, here are a couple games you can try:

This is a platformer/puzzle game where you control one character with the WASD keys and another with the arrows. I had a lot of fun playing it with my host.

This can also be played with one headmate possessing each hand. Though as a warning, whoever is fronting will get distracted at some point and not direct the eyes where they should, and arguments WILL happen. 😁

One guide that's somewhat close to our method for partial possession is the Liquid Color method.

We started out doing something similar ourselves, but instead of a color, I would visualize a phantom version of my form's arm.

have y'all tried to play rock-paper-scissors with the body? each controlling a hand?

We just gave it a try! That was weird! I fully expected for signals get crossed and us end up picking the same thing every time because motor skills are weird. But it worked! 😁

It is weird because we don't actually get to plan in advance since the other would know what we're thinking, but it was still fun!

I'd recommend anyone who can do partial possession give it a try!
