This is the historic home of one of the founding families of Willow Creek - the Goth's. Can you really call yourself a simmer of you never heard of Mortimer and his beautiful wife, Bella? The tabloids still don't know how they manage to be so rich and so happy with each other at the same time... must be magic. Or Voodoo? Their children on the other hand have big legacy shoes to fill... hopefully neither Cassandra nor Alexander will fall prey to some gold digger or something...

[of course this is just the way I will be using the lot... you can do whatever you like with it]

My entry for the Reddit Bi-Weekly Build Challenge, Week 156: Nectar Bar, Bistro, Brasserie.

Built this because I thought that the Goths needed an elegant neighbourhood bistro to dine out at when they got bored of their butler’s cooking but don’t want to go all the way downtown.

Second Floor

A spacious landing accommodates three generous bedrooms off the hall: master bedroom with balcony access and en suite with shower over bath, second double bedroom with balcony access, and a third single bedroom. The second floor also comprises closet space, a family bathroom, small home gym/yoga studio, and a music room. Off the landing at the back of the house is a laundry closet with separate shower room and access to a small rear balcony.

For the past year and a half I have been working on a save file renovating all of the base game builds with only base game. I have recently finished all of Willow Creek so I feel a bit more confident in releasing the builds now.

The original Parkshore sure was something, huh? Jokes aside, I genuinely liked the shape of the house and its original layout, so much of it was preserved for this renovation.
