ED Dex who struggles with performance anxiety. It's not that he isn't turned on, but actually being in his presence when he's trying to get off makes him so nervous he can't seem to get it up. He's so embarrassed about it. He spent all those times watching you, getting hard from seeing a light breeze brush by you in the right way. He'd nearly chaffed himself raw from watching you through his scope. Which is why it's so devastating for him that when he's actually really here, infront of you finally, and he can't get it up.

"I-i I'm so sorry, thi-this doesn't usually happen, I swear!" He says while sweating profusely, overwhelmed and on the verge of just hitting his dick to hope it gets some blood flowing.

"It's okay if you don't wanna do it right no-" "NO! no I do, I do, I CAN, I just-uh... this has never happened before." He's so pathetic and whiny about it.

Being near his north star just makes him so anxious

Everybody suddently hating Ferran again is truly my nightmare...he's got 10 great games,and when he messes up in one (tho Oyarszabal was even worse,in my opinion-he's the first player since 1966 to not touch the ball even once in the first 30 mins of a wc match) everybody wants him to leave football, never start again, etc.

Yes, he didn't have a good game AT ALL- but keep in mind he had to change three positions in attack during the game and that playing against a team in low block might be the baneof his existence (he's made for runs from behind, not dribbles in thight places, and i thought we all knew that).

Besides that, maybe you don't know anything about his performance anxiety- it's a thing i found out i had after listening to a few of his interviews and asking a proffesional later about it.Basically, he depends much on how he performs and how people respond to it, it's a mix between perfectionism and anxiety.And he can get up after a bad game,but if y'all decided to hummiliate him on the whole internet...The vicious cycle will continue.

After last night's match, i wasn't so dissapointed in the result- i was afraid about how some of you would respond to Ferran's performance, and i see i was right.

If hating on a man that really tries and that you were praising days ago it's okay with your principles, it's not with mine.

hey yalllll hope you're having a good day, if you're reading this rn could you please drop ways to cope with performing anxiety 🙏 it all just hit me in a wave and i'm currently freaking out haha, i'm gonna be playing clarinet front and center in front of ~200 people this sunday and i'm NOT good alone. i've worked through this with other kinds of anxiety like public speaking, singing in choir/playing in a band but it's so hard solo. i really want to do this but i'm gonna need help yk?

I know we all love an eager boy, hard and leaking at the slightest kiss, but I'd like to take a moment to appreciate the boys with performance anxiety. There's something so deeply touching about a boy who is so desperate to be good for you that it self-sabotages. currently considering whether or not to enter a music competition my school runs every year because i entered last year but my entry wasn't very good because of my fuckass stage fright

SO as a way of working through that i might end up wearing headphones for the recording because:

1. if i can't hear my family downstairs then they don't exist

and

2. i can still listen to the song as i'm singing (which will also drown out the presence of my family)

My heart is thoroughly warmed by all the athletes coming together in solidarity with Ilia Malinin, sharing their own tales of Olympics flops, encouraging and supporting one another.

Being an athlete myself and having been a performing artist my whole life since early childhood, I may not be able to relate on their professional level (I'm not trying for the Olympics any time soon that's for dang sure), but I sure as hell can relate on a personal level.

How many times the moment I walked onto a stage the only thing I could hear was my mind telling me I needed to get the hell out of there, and of course, I couldn't, impending meltdown be damned. How many times in the middle of a performance, out of nowhere my body just froze and broke out in cold sweat, and I had no choice but to keep going even though I was no longer in control of what I was doing or not doing.

How utterly exposed, vulnerable, and lonely it can feel, under all those bright lights with all eyes on you, I still can't use words to describe. We were put on pedestals when we were too young to even grasp the scale of the pressures, the expectations, and the weight of the world on our shoulders, when we should've been kids with childhoods like our peers. It was as if we needed to be superhuman as we were growing up, with our identities wrapped in our successes and failures, even our tears and breakdowns were for the public to scrutinize. Gods know, how much all of that have fucked me up over and over again as an adult.

Seems like no amount of "I got this" "I remember the words" "I'm not losing my voice" "my voice will not crack" affirmations will calm my stress stomach down💀

Does anyone else gets jittery nerves when climbing ranked on pokemon champions? Ultra ball tier kinda stresses me out. I hit ultra ball 3 finally escaping ultra ball 4 after breaking a long losing streak. Im super anxious that ill go on another losing streak and get knocked back to ultra ball 4. My decision making is currently impaired by the nerves/anxiety. Ill play again tomorrow after my nerves calm down.
