The angst....the hurt/comfort....it’s perfect!
Well, not really, only that one scene.
Like the actual appearance of Hououmon was kind of a disapointment. I mean I LOVED how they made her look like this majestical and beautiful pheonix just disapointed on the rest of her appearance...like how short it was....and how there was no fights
But really, that’s fine, not all the time a Digimon will digivolve mid-fight so, I guess her appearence wa sokay...you know what, screw it, her appearance was actually done well.
The build up towards it, the evolution sequence, well that was a disapointment like usual but the build up was done really well. But something I think would’ve of been better was them having hints or small scenes of Sora pushing all the responsibility off of Biyomon and doing all the work herself in later episodes, but of course they couldn’t really do that considering what happened in said later episodes...
My favourite part of this episode was when Biyomon got hurt and when Sora started pushing herself and Biyomon getting mad at her. I live for nescessary angst, and they did that here. And I know they had a lot more angst scenes in this series but this one really stuck to me. Maybe it was also the hurt/comfort, but I’m pretty sure they did that too...
I don’t really have much to say, but I enjoyed it. Could it be better? Yes, some scenes were kind of boring but I loved it, and they did their relationship good, and this series really should of have more moments like these
I know I said this before, but I really really love how she looks in this especially when she’s glowing and sparkling.
